The employees are really good! They serve me food with kindness. Fresh foods, fresh donuts, fresh everything. I’ve heard a lot of bad reports on them, but everything looks to be fine. It’s a really good place to get a coffee!

This used to be a great Dunkin until recently. The girls working at night are rude and will burn your food. I'm very disappointed with my order tonight and barely finished my iced coffee because it was terrible. The bagel was overcooked and tasted like cardboard. I miss the previous night staff. It's a shame that what was once a great Dunkin is now third world trash.

The way they make bagels is crazy. But I got 1 scoop of ice cream and almost hurt the roof of my mouth with these chunks of ice.Which I saw but I didn't think they would scoop that in. Other places always scoop that part off before serving. They are terrible for this.

This place has very bad service . I went there for a strwdrgn refresher. The way I drink is 75% refresher base with no ice no green tea only refresher and I use my own water on the refresher base. There was a boy who is deny to give me like that.
Great service, great staff members - shady area , but it's home for me - if you're not a local you will definitely sense the shady vibes

Came across one of the nastiest staff members I’ve ever met at any place of business. I’ve never seen a man roll his eyes in rapid succession while asking me what I wanted. We’ve never met before and I’ve never seen him before but yet the attitude was just as stale as certain products. When I then asked for an item he said due to us closing soon (47 mins from closing ) he was not making it. Which the whole time he rolled his eyes. I would love for cooperate to review the tapes and witness the ridiculousness of it all Todays date is 10-15-23 and he was I assume on the closing shift. I will be reaching out to HQ as well. If I wasn’t who I was I would have received different treatment. Fill in the blanks.

one of the worst customer service experience I had I had told the worker I need to CATCH THE TRAIN.STILL THAT PERSON DIDNT BOTHER TO MAKE MY COFFEE SOON still I had to wait. If you couldn’t make it soon then why took my order. Every Bengali people like you should not run Dunkin’ Donuts. Because of You guys bangladeshi people are getting bad in-front of the foreign people. I had to leave without taking my ice coffee. Nobody bothered to say wait please don’t go. But never coming back again
