One of the worst dunkins I've been too Food was stale and under cooked This place needs a deep clean dirty appliances, dirty tables and floor Service lady doesn't give back coin change so she can throw it in her tip jar I don't mind leaving a tip it's just the way she does it feels like I'm being robbed

Went in order a spice latte and only to realize it was 1/2 cup of beverage, I went right back in and ask if this is what I paid for and was apologized to and given an upgrade of the same order. Make sure you always check your order before leaving

The employees are really good! They serve me food with kindness. Fresh foods, fresh donuts, fresh everything. I’ve heard a lot of bad reports on them, but everything looks to be fine. It’s a really good place to get a coffee!

This used to be a great Dunkin until recently. The girls working at night are rude and will burn your food. I'm very disappointed with my order tonight and barely finished my iced coffee because it was terrible. The bagel was overcooked and tasted like cardboard. I miss the previous night staff. It's a shame that what was once a great Dunkin is now third world trash.
