Been here plenty of times, but decided to order the Chicken and roasted pepper Dunkin wrap! I wanted something healthy and this hit the spot. Ordered with a Healthy version of a macchiato and I wished I ordered 2 of those wraps!

Called to find out if they have the Halloween bucket and a variety of munchkins. Associate answered the phone after 4 calls. Tells me “ we have have 4 different kinds, it’s busy right now you come and check and he doesn’t have time to be on the phone, then hangs up the phone”. Very rude. Very nasty. They will not be getting my business. 0 stars if I could. Don’t go here !!

They use to make my coffee the way I want and it’s super sweet the way I like it but recently I have not put no sugar in it. When I tell them to more sugar or put an extra pump of a sweetener but nope. Also they were talking about me in their language and how I get my coffee

I dont know how they have 4 star rating, it should be 0.4. The store closes at 10 o clock but they close the machines at 9 and stop taking orders so they can finish the closing early. If thats the case they should close it at 9. Bad customer service.

I like dunkin/Baskin Robin on merrick road they. I get my ice cappyblass every orther day I don't even have to tell them what I want they know me already and how I like my coffee not just one but most of the staff .all staff

all the workers are good just one older women that works at night is allways a problem i wanted the 6 dollar meil with upgrade of ex large coffee and was going pay the difference the lady tried charging me over 12 dollars -yesterday i went in there at 8.20 at night they say they close at 9 this same lade would not serve me fresh cup coffe only coffee that was sitting in a pot for god knows how long so instead of making fresh cup of coffee this lady wants to argue for 25 mints i never got my coffee every time i deal with this older lady she is not wearing and gloves she handels money and food with no gloves -the other day i went in there i waited 10 min for service because the lady was in the back room not ready to serve -go in there few times a day there is never any issues with any of the other workers just this older lady who goes out of her way for confrontation i spend alot money at dd and dont appreciate the way im treated by this lady

Guy making my order wasn’t paying attention, took very long and put the wrong order. When I tried to tell him he literally still wasn’t paying attention, put cold foam on the wrong order. When he finally got it right he threw the straw at me.
I'm giving the a 2 because the cashiers have this disgusting look on their faces, and the service was very unpleasant. I would not buy at the location again. They aren't even kind to the students, when the student are most of their customer base. THIS IS THE SPRINGFIELD BLVD LOCATION CLOSE TO IS59

A great place & staff that is in place here. It is my usual Dunkin stop, each & every morning. The staff here are friendly & are willing to always ensure the correct orders are served.
My only concern recently has been the fact that the AC has not worked well or at all. With the amount of 90 degree days, this is concerning for the entire community of Dunkin’ visitors. I hope it will be fixed for the sake of both the community as well as the staff themselves.
