They use to make my coffee the way I want and it’s super sweet the way I like it but recently I have not put no sugar in it. When I tell them to more sugar or put an extra pump of a sweetener but nope. Also they were talking about me in their language and how I get my coffee

I dont know how they have 4 star rating, it should be 0.4. The store closes at 10 o clock but they close the machines at 9 and stop taking orders so they can finish the closing early. If thats the case they should close it at 9. Bad customer service.

Guy making my order wasn’t paying attention, took very long and put the wrong order. When I tried to tell him he literally still wasn’t paying attention, put cold foam on the wrong order. When he finally got it right he threw the straw at me.

A great place & staff that is in place here. It is my usual Dunkin stop, each & every morning. The staff here are friendly & are willing to always ensure the correct orders are served.
My only concern recently has been the fact that the AC has not worked well or at all. With the amount of 90 degree days, this is concerning for the entire community of Dunkin’ visitors. I hope it will be fixed for the sake of both the community as well as the staff themselves.

I placed a mobile order and when I arrive the order was not ready. After asking how long it will be the server got upset. They were very rude to the other customer in the place after asking to speak with the manager his name Hasan he mentioned he will get to the order when he can. I don't understand the reason to have the option to placed a mobile order and still had to wait for the order.

The servers and cashiers are all very courteous and respectful while also feeling like close friends. I am always delighted to go in and stay for a while to journal or work on a project because of how peaceful and comfortable it is. My only gripe would be the limited seating space but it's never been packed when I've been there.

Called because there were several small pieces of plastic, looking like pieces of the cup or cover that they use, in the strawberry coolatta. The person answered the phone as if at home. I had to ask if it was Dunkin Donuts. The person sounded unconcerned about my complaint and didn’t even apologize. A person’s digestive tract can become blocked if this is something that is ingested frequently. A situation like this might be why some have illnesses of unknown origin. This drink was bought for the purpose of cooling down the body. I brought it to their attention in good faith, but the person’s attitude is why I had to post (some of them seem to have a chronic attitude problem in that store). I just consider this another reminder of why not to eat out. Smh.Unfortunately, I do not recommend anything that they have to prepare for customers. Imagine someone who doesn’t pay attention to what they’re eating. Smh
