I like dunkin/Baskin Robin on merrick road they. I get my ice cappyblass every orther day I don't even have to tell them what I want they know me already and how I like my coffee not just one but most of the staff .all staff

A great place & staff that is in place here. It is my usual Dunkin stop, each & every morning. The staff here are friendly & are willing to always ensure the correct orders are served.

My only concern recently has been the fact that the AC has not worked well or at all. With the amount of 90 degree days, this is concerning for the entire community of Dunkin’ visitors. I hope it will be fixed for the sake of both the community as well as the staff...

The servers and cashiers are all very courteous and respectful while also feeling like close friends. I am always delighted to go in and stay for a while to journal or work on a project because of how peaceful and comfortable it is. My only gripe would be the limited seating space but it's never been packed when I've been there.
