I've been living in this neighborhood since 2015 and this Dunkin had always been a quick stop on the way home from picking up the kids. I guess I was always in a rush and never noticed how bad they are. I should have read the reviews because there aren't any good ones on any platform. This is a very busy intersection and now that it's walking distance from my daughters school I've unfortunately experienced everything that's being commented. The store isn't clean, the orders aren't correct or made up to Dunkin standards and the service us the worst I have ever seen. Before I even got a chance to complete my order the person ahead of me had a bad experience. I immediately reported them on the app being that I am a long time online customer as well.

I only reason I come here because it's the only one close to me, the workers are rude and don't understand much English, the smoothies are always lumpy and icy, and tasteless foods are never made right and they always get mad when you are asking for it to be made over the one on the hillside is 100% better the manager is the only one who knows what he's doing

The workers are lazy and act like they don’t understand what you requested. This is the 3rd time I order a matcha iced latte and I told the to make sure they dissolve the matcha powder before they make the drink and they just throw the powder on top so you get a drink with lumps of matcha powder that for more that you try to shake the drink they don’t dissolve and this doesn’t happen in other locations. Also ordered online and every time I get there my order is not ready they start making it after I ask about it , so what good is that service.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! The staff does not respect the patrons of our neighborhood. They serve STALE DONUTS and when the customer before me asked for a refund they tried to refuse her. They argued with the customer instead of giving an apology and a refund. Lots of reviews say there donuts arw stale so it happens often. I assume they serve all the kids stale DONUTS and get away with it since the location is steps away from a 6-12 school; they get lots of customers from there between 2 and 3pm and in turn have guaranteed sales. During MY TRANSACTION they lied and said they couldn't use my dunkin points for a drink, they charged my Google pay instead of my dunkin account and argued that they couldn't refund it. The line was long, the employees are unorganized and were RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to me and there was no pleasant interactions with any of the customers during the 30 minutes I was there. I purchased my last 4 items from that Francis Lewis and Hollis location!

I made an order online over 20 minutes before arriving and still had to wait. While I waited I was able to watch the worker smash up the bagel while slicing it and putting it in the toaster. He did this with a total of 3 bagels. When they were done he slapped cream cheese on them and attempted to give me a bagel as if I had ordered a toasted dough ball because that it was it was. Worker refused to remedy the situation. Now I have to go through customer service for a refund. And it's messed up because the same way he tried to serve me that mess someone else is going to get the other 2 mangled bagels. And it's going to be someone running in there and picking up on their way to work only to get there and be disgusted and disappointed because people don't care what they serve and how they present it.
