This DD is usually good. I went here this afternoon & specifically requested oatmilk three times. He lied now I'm sick as a dog on Christmas eve. He shouldn't have lied like that, just make the drink over. Someone could get seriously sick.

If I could give this place no stars I would. They are RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL and if I wasn’t on the phone with my work colleagues I would have cussed them out. As soon as I entered, the rude lady at the cashier was rushing me to order, interrupting my phone call multiple times @8:43 pm . Then I went back 2 minutes later because my drink tasted terrible to only find that they locked the door!!!! @8:45 when they close at 8! If your gonna be rude at-least make my s**t properly!

The assortments were limited . Of the choices I had to settle for, the donuts were not fresh . I sat there watching my son struggle to get through a donut , made me wonder why? Then I realized why. The donuts were STALE ! H e usually goes right through them. The inside of the place was dirty, as though they were opened all night,, AND there was a crazyyy man hanging out in there. A very scary moment for my son , as I had to ensure him ,he would be safe withme. Also the wait was ridiculous for a place with such a limited assortment !! Come on people we've got to take pride when called to serve for others. Sorry I forgot to take photos, I was too Dann upset .

My local Dunkin which I avoid like the plagues. The ladies in here this morning did NOT seem happy to be here. One of them said something to the other in Bangla and she looked at me. I'm like step up don't step up. I literally had to ask her should I come are you easy for me. She was doing something with here hands so I was not sure if she was busy. She just raised her eyebrows and then either did not know about the new drink that premiered today or was tired of selling it bc I had to ask her 3 times and point to the sign. Then while waiting for my order the other woman gives me half and says have a nice day. So I'm like where is the rest of my order and she's like oh ok. Idk. I tried to be patient and I was the only patron in there at the time.
Not my favorite place.The environment is the main reason why this location receives a low rating. Loitering does occur here. I turned back from this location many times because of one specific man that hangs out there with his pants loose, exposing his behind and asking for money. The employees also know the man and calls him by his name to move him out the way whilst customers are ordering. He smells really bad, shows his behind to the world and asks for money without a fail. The very few times that he was not at the location, the order was decent.This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts en route by the Q5 bus. If you’re looking for a quick drink and a donut, you can run in and out. However, if you do not want to deal with a confronting loiterer en route to work or school, and can wait for your caffeine dosage … you should wait and go elsewhere. Until they fix the issue with the man with the shopping cart parked up by the entrance, I will not be going in. Take out/Delivery is the best option, if you have time to spare. Also, the location does not have an option to sit in.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! There were only a few people in there but they are so uncoordinated! 1 or 2 riders and everyone leaves the order area and are bumping into each other getting small orders ready while I stood waiting for a while for someone to take my order!

Might be the worst Dunkin in the area and that's saying a lot. For the life of me I can't understand why they continue to put businesses in our neighborhoods but can't be concerned with giving us good service?! It's cause they know we'll keep coming back no matter what. Well, they can take me off that list. Only so many times I'm gonna allow someone to give me their ass to kiss. They can keep it, I'm the one spending the money, not the other way around.
