VERY POOR SERVICE. The guy gave me LOADED hashbrowns instead of REGULAR hashbrowns. The man working ignored me and the food was really poorly made. Additionally, i asked for water and he made no effort to give me. He also ignored me when I made an effort to respond after I said Thank you. I was very polite and none of it was reciprocated. Don’t come here!

This location gets 0 stars every single time we go there and now finally I’m giving a review after giving them so many attempts. We go there everyday because they’re closest to our house. If I order a donut, it’s always stale. I’ll usually order maple sugar bacon sandwich and hash browns - every single time it’s over cooked and hard and the croissant taste old. The coffee is never consistent. We usually order an extra shot of espresso and they definitely do not put it in. We just moved here from east Setauket and would always order the same thing there, when they made it, it was perfect so it’s really annoying getting such terrible food here. Starbucks is right down the road, you’re better off spending your money there instead of wasting it at this dunkin location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We got 2 French crullers and a cold brew. The French crullers tasted like they were days old. So stale and hard. The cold brew tasted like bean water. I could barely taste the coffee.

The Bengali girl wearing Hijab was so rude and unprofessional! Being busy doesnt give you permission to roll your eyes at customers or yell at your co-workers. She needs to take some lessons on professionalism if she wants to work in the food industry.
