This is the worst customer service. I place the order online for 50 munchkins when I get there The lady said to me there is no munchkins and I can actually see she have dozens of munchkins I don’t know what’s your problem.

Why is the cashier also serving??? This adds to the wait time. They must be aware of their peak times and ensure they have enough coverage for the number of customers.

I have absolutely no complaints with the food, it's great, my only issue is when i get it delivered, please take an extra moment to make sure that the lids are properly closed, the last couple orders my drinks has arrived half empty or completely empty.

I have mixed feelings about this location. Yeah it's Dunkin Donuts and it's gonna be mid but despite the lukewarm breakfast I had, it's still slightly better than the one a mile West from this spot.
The service for starters is better for sure. When I order on the app, my order is already ready by the time I get there. 5 minutes is all that's needed for them to get it done as opposed to the one in South Ozone Park in which some instances don't even get my order started until I get there.
This is where the review declines from a possible 4 to a 3. The green goddess wrap I ordered wasn't fully heated. It was hot on 75% of it while the other 25% was cold, almost freezing that I couldn't finish. Bummer, you guys missed the mark. I get it it's Dunkin Donuts, a typical chain coffee spot but you could've done better and I know you can. Today just wasn't it.
