Every time I ask them for ketchup the manager yells and calls me disrespectful. Every time she isn’t there I get the ketchup and nice service and it’s just her who has an issue. How is 2 packets of ketchup enough for 2 order hashbrowns and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich.?

They are stingy with the cold foam, I usually ignore it but today I had to ask them to give me more because every time I go here they keep giving me a really little bit and I’m paying for it. This is the third time they also gave me a whipped cream top with cold foam instead of the cold foam top. In my experience they don’t mix my drink well and all of the ingredients are at the bottom still when they give it to me. It’s lazy service sometimes

I just ordered an Ice Caramel Coffee which was prepared wrong, the coffee taste like it needed to be changed it was very bitter. My sandwich Bacon and Cheese on a toasted croissant was toasted hard and I refuse to eat it. I won't order from this Dunkin again.

This place needs renovations fast and professionally cleaned. Outdated furnishings. Windows are disgusting. Better to say a grab and go kind of joint.

Honestly I love this one guy that works there he has long hair and he’s tall and super sweet I came in today around 4:36 and I bought donuts and he had the sweetest energy and he made my box of sweets look so pretty and neat I loved it he really made my day after I had a terrible day so thank you to that man that’s working this shift Thursday at around 4:30 ❤️ Dunkin needs more workers like that. I wish I caught his name to give him the credit properly. I GOT HIS NAME IT WAS HALAM (I think) Dunkin give that man a raise rn

Don’t even bother stopping at this location, just go to the next Dunkin Donut. This location has a lot of homeless inside and outside. The workers do not understand comprehend what you’re saying. We paid for extra jelly and requested the bagel toasted. Couldn’t see how they made it, but we got a raw bagel with extra cream cheese and little jelly. I paid extra(small amount) and they still got the order wrong.

This is the worst customer service. I place the order online for 50 munchkins when I get there The lady said to me there is no munchkins and I can actually see she have dozens of munchkins I don’t know what’s your problem.

I have absolutely no complaints with the food, it's great, my only issue is when i get it delivered, please take an extra moment to make sure that the lids are properly closed, the last couple orders my drinks has arrived half empty or completely empty.
