Didn't have many problems at this location. Self check-out and cashier available. The food was ready in a couple of minutes. And the drink took a bit longer, but all in all, good service.

We wanted something inexpensive to eat before our flight and grabbed some coffee & donuts. It was nothing special but served it's purpose an airport snack. Short wait time and the counter clerk was friendly enough.

Very slow service. Don't accept Dunkin app payment - so they don't accept any discounts. Equipment issues...Lack of supplies, had to carry 7 bagel bags individually. Monopolized terminal 4...
