The manager sufad is useless. Line of 22 people and crew members were in a rush asking for coffee couldn’t help them causing a delayed flight. Absolutely ridiculous. Start caring for crew members!

Dunkin Donuts (Terminal 8) JFK airport. Worse experience, Nov 10 they made me to pay 3 times even machine was saying transaction approved ,but they told me it did not went through so I paid cash and after 1 hour I also got email that there were 3 transactions, luckily I had time for flight I went back there and show them transactions from my bank account, they denied to refund they said there co-operator is close cannot do refund nd gave me there manager number to call them , I did told them am going out of country and I’m not local ,I came from canada ,after I spoke with other manager, they refund me but $6 less then what I paid, Imagine if I had next flight with in 2 hour they never gonna give that money back I dn’t know if they are doing this for purpose because they know people not gonna miss there flight or not gonna come back whatever,,never going back there again,

I would be nice for them to put up a sign that states " we do not accept app payments here". I mean whats the point? The staff looked miserable, pretty much kill me now. If you need to grab a cup i guess you dont have any other choice but you have been warned.

All bad. Not only are they super expensive, they charge you for every little thing like flavor in your coffee. I got there when they opened asked if they had everything Bagels they said yes I ordered two egg sandwiches with everything bagels and then she tells me afterwards oh no we don't have them. I asked for a refund and was refused.

The branch at T8 arrivals has the worst service I've came across.The staff is always on their phones and never gets your food right.Bought loaded cups a few times and no bacon was in it.
I love dunkin but that branch is the worst and the state is horrible they are always distracted and makes the food unappetizing

Never would've thought that a simple coffee, donut and an avocado sandwich would brighten my day so much and provide me such a heartwarming exit from the big city. The young man behind the counter was so genuinely kind and polite, something that seemed quite rare in busy NYC. Tried to offer him a tip, but he refused by saying "give it to someone who needs it".

The bengali speaking buy is extremly rude, ordered an ice signature latte coco mocha with sugar, and the staff prepared without sugar making it taste bitter.
When I highlighted the issue first they said they dont feel sugar is needed, and will put it on top of the wipped cream and the customer has to mix it on its own. This made the entire mocha useless to which this bengali speaking boy said I will put it in the bin for you and you can order it again.

Not sure is this is the standard hospitality level of dunkin donuts or this guy is especially frustrated with his life.

Though 100% sure not returning to them ever again.

The food was good & exactly what I ordered the service was excellent and fast and the staff was very polite and friendly

Parking: It wasn't too busy when I went so it was easy to find a parking spot

It's not bad when you want sugar and you're not in a hurry. The line is long and the service is good. We took takeaway to eat on the plane, the Boston cream is good but very sweet. Too bad the sugar takes over.

JFK Terminal 8 location: Great experience. We tried their chocolate and strawberry donuts and all tasted great! Staff is polite and did not rush the customers.
Ordering options: there is a self-service ordering option also available if you’re paying by card or you can place an order with the cashier.
