I have never seen people work more slowly. Lady scolded everyone in line for not using the kiosks. Rude, slow service.

Bad customer service. Both the women on the morning shift had a very unwelcoming tone and attitude.

It’s 6:46 am in the morning barely any customers at terminal 8 at JFK airport and the two older ladies working behind the counter treats customers as if she is doing a favor on them. No badges, no dress code, hair uncovered. Customer service is beyond horrible!

When I arrived, no other customers were there. No employees in sight either, so I ordered on the kiosk. I ordered a French Vanilla Macchiato with half the pumps, but the coffee I got was so terribly sweet that I had to throw it out. Also, after what felt like forever, one employee looked at me puzzled and asked me what I'm waiting for, so they probably didn't even check my order (and therefore also didn't make it how I ordered it). It took way too long to make it, too. Bummer that it was the only coffee option. Way overpriced. Avoid if possible.
If I could give zero I would but unfortunately I have to give one to say my piece. Lack of proper training and customer service skills!! This is a disgrace to Dunkin and the flavors of Dunkin. I wish I never wasted my money here. Don’t spend unless you are desperate for caffeine at the airport.

If you have a flight to catch, and can taste food, don’t go there. My order was as simple as two cups of iced americano and a donut. It took them forever to get to me. Plus the donut had a strange scent to it. I dunno how u can mess up this mass produced and systemized service. Kudos

$3 more than a regular Dunkin. You also can't order via app. But the latte I got was good.
Directions to get there: departures by D near Turkish airlines, walkthrough until you see the elevator where it says food court. The Dunkin is in the food court.
You can also take the escalators from both sides.

The two women working there on September 13 at 11am had the stinkiest attitude. One was behind the counter doing smth, one was arranging the fridge. She saw me standing there waiting for a few minutes. Then I asked if anyone was working. She mad a face and said “I told her”. The other one finally acknowledged me looking at me like I was bothering her. “What do you want?” I told her the order. There was no response, she just keyed in the order and turned around to go make it. Terrible customer service.
