We had a good experience here. We only took coffee and toasted cheddar cheese twists.Coffee was very hot and tasted. The cheddar twists were soft, fresh. Prices are, of course, higher than outside of airport Dunkins have, but not too high as I was expecting. The service was a little on the slower side, even though there was only 1 order in front of us.This Dunkin is located on the 2nd floor of Terminal 1 (departures) , the food court level.There are plenty of tables here. When we came, the area wasn't busy (it was around noon in a weekday).

*UPSTAIRS/FOOD COURT LOCATION* Burnt croissant, not golden like the picture. Horrible customer service. Very soft spoken girl in the morning sounds like she whispers to customers, doesn't speak up or clearly. Just laid my order on the counter and walked away. I had to ask if my order was complete....no "ok, here's your order".....may just be a young, lazy generation thing. Not taught manners or customer service as an employee. Businesses with a lower than 4 star rating is suspect to begin with....

Don’t go there!There were two female stuff and both were so rude.I ordered avocado and bacon on toast and it was soggy and bacon tasted like an cardboard!Their iced latte was tasteless, they must be using an instant coffee.It was such a bad experience on the last day of New York.

asked them to take my order after waiting for 20 minutes (first in line) cause i didn’t have my card and they rudely said to use the online method and all started laughing, never coming
Doesn't take mobile offers. Also, they didn't have small coffee so they force you to order larger sizes. When receiving the coffee, there were some dirt looking stuff on the lid. Had to ask for a new lid.

I ordered an iced latte and specifically asked the staff if they had an espresso machine and was told yes. When I received my coffee it was very weak, watered down and tasteless. No one pulled an espresso shot for my coffee. It tasted like they just added some cold drip coffee to my oat milk. This was NOT an iced latte, as there was no espresso in it, yet I was charged for a latte. I will never buy coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts again. $6 down the drain. Extremely frustrating.

Terrible customer service. Would not accept vouchers. The cashier is too slow and is rude. JFK IS USELESS AND THIS DUNKIN DONUTS IS AWFUL.

Dunkin Donut on gate 8 is worst. I asked warm water, gave me boiling water with some ice in it. Burned my tongue with it. He dnt said sorry once.

Not my favorite Dunkin’ experience. I ordered croissants and they were very dry. They were out of creamer but had milk and sugar readily available. This is the international terminal and I wish more care was given to the coffee shop.
