Thank God for Dunkin Donuts in terminal 5, about the only place that has reasonable pricing amongst the other greedy vendors taking advantage of tourists.

@ 6am, they have no hot chocolate and do not make any hot sandwiches. The bigger issue is theres no notice while long wait times. Employees are obviously fedup, probally due to customers constant complaining about no hot sandwiches. They only great thing here ive experience is the Spanish old ladie calling your number.

Friendly courteous staff. Got my order immediately. The drawback with this location is that they do not accept their own gift card! Makes no sense to me.

Almost unbelievable. How is it possible to wait 50 minutes on a Sunday morning (November 23rd) for a cup of coffee and a donut? Understaffed? improper training? Whatever it is it neeeds to be addressed. This an airport where people are trying to catch their flights. Please don’t be a “not our problem” establishment.

Dunking Donuts in JFK Airport charges an additional for jelly they should be ashamed of themselves to be so desperate for money. This is my first experience with your breakfast sandwich and my absolute last. JFK Airport you are garbage never again. I paid $7.23 for a sandwich and I couldn't get 1 jelly. I left a review at corporate as well.

This was by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. There was only one person working & the store was clearly understaffed. The line was extremely long and barely moving. I waited for 30 minutes just to place my order. When I finally got to the front, I asked for avocado toast with bacon, and the cashier snapped, “We don’t cook here. We don’t have bacon.” That was surprising, because every other Dunkin’ I’ve been to has bacon available. I also asked for a small caramel latte & he rolled his eyes and said, “We only have size medium.” I was disappointed that I had no choice in size, and even more disappointed that they charged me the full medium price for a size I didn’t even want, with no offer to compensate or adjust. When I received my food, the avocado toast was cold, soft, and undercooked & to make matters worse, it came with sesame seeds, which I didn’t ask for and I’m allergic. That could have been dangerous. The caramel latte was also a letdown. It barely had any caramel. Before even touching or drinking from it, I politely asked the employee if she could add a little more caramel. Her response was “No, that already has 3 pumps.” Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. The place was understaffed, the service was rude, and the quality of the food and drinks was unacceptable. I hope this location takes steps to improve both their staffing and their customer service.

Took 20 minutes to serve 4 people in front of us. Guy at counter was very unhelpful and served his buddy in line behind me before he helped me out eventually. Even though they have munchkins on the menu apparently they don’t serve them which would’ve been great to know before we stood in line.

Probably the worst Dunkin in the country. 2 people working in a Dunkin with hundreds of people an hour coming through. Horrible wait time go somewhere else.

Just left, 9pm today. 20 min for a cup of coffee with 3 people in front of me... Was absolutely rediclous. One guy working. No multi tasking one order at a time, one order taken, one order put out at a time.. Needs more help or training or something.
