came for a bagel and specifically asked for strawberry cream cheese, when i get the food she put regular cream cheese. when i asked about it she yelled in front of all the customers “you did not say strawberry cream cheese” and they gave me an attitude when i asked for another one. this is absolutely outrageous its not the first time it has happened and they always think they are right. they work so slow during rush hour and have no sense of urgency. do not recommend coming here

I usually choose Dunkin’ because of the familiarity. I travel a lot and no matter where I go, Dunkin coffee is usually consistent. But the 169th Street location is the one exception. The black coffee here tastes like plain hot water, and the regular coffee is basically warm milk with a hint of coffee flavor. It’s been like this every time I visit this location. I’ve mentioned it to the staff before, and they seem to know, but nothing ever changes. It’s frustrating because I genuinely like Dunkin coffee but this location clearly doesn’t care about quality of their food. I’ll be reaching out to Dunkin corporate. This needs to be fixed from the top, because at the store level, it’s just being ignored. If possible try a different dunkin location.

I purchased food from this establishment on 03/11/25. Then afterwards, I had the worst case of food poisoning in my life, which made me have to go to the hospital.
The doctor informed me that I contacted a virus, from salmonella and it was from this establishment. This was the only restaurant I had eaten from that day. I wouldn't advise anyone to trust the food here, nor the ones who prepare it.

There is this guy cashier he was making fun of some Arabic customers mocking how they spoke and there was a girl who came in to buy a drink the cashier basically told her she has to pay for less ice in her drink. This location the workers are very unprofessional and ignorant. If I can give no stars I would.

This location by far beats all the Dunkin' Donuts in NYC with it's lack of customer service and care. I placed an order for 2 lattes and 2 donuts. Took me approximately 6 minutes to get there. Someone who just ordered at the counter (after I walked into the store) received her order and I was still standing there waiting. No point of ordering ahead. The lady walks up to the counter the with the drinks and says the bag on the counter is mine. The bag was an empty bag. She got me the Donuts and I asked her for a tray. She tossed the tray and walked away (the drinks where behind the pickup stand). If you hate your job please leave! The manager or personal in charge is no better. She told someone "This is how the drink comes, you should have wrote it down before you came to order drinks for kids." No one smiles or greets you but if you ask for something you sure do get a ton of attitude. Forgot the reason I stopped going here. This location is not "Running on Dunkin" sorry to say.

Service is okay. But the coffee is never good!! I am drinking a small original blend coffee 3 cream and 2 pump vanilla… and it tastes like ghost of a coffee!!! Their coffee is never good nor up to the standard.

This place is understaffed. You wait 7-10 minutes just to place your order. Many times, people just leave. This shop looses more business by not hiring extra workers for the morning shift. With the amount that they loose, they could hire 2 people.

the coffee to bland i though was drinking hot water. it was so disappointing. it’s alway like this here. the other day they disgusting coffee and ask to remake it bc what scam. they were rude and refuse to remake it and it’s against there policy. i request the dunkin mangement to audit there this store. because why should i buy a coffee and get coffee flavor hot machine water.

The cashier was rude and she couldn’t get my order correct. I asked to speak with a different worker and she had to re-take my order because the cashier couldn’t comprehend to what I what I was asking for. It took 2 of the workers to make 1 drink and they still didn’t make it correctly. I ordered a small, decaf, cookie butter brown sugar-iced coffee with cream. The taste was horrible. I probably will not return to this location unless there’s different workers
