I ordered 2 coffee one is ice and another one is shaken espresso, They messed up my both coffee I told them one splenda for my ice coffee they put more than that n made it sweet 😡 Then i asked them for regular ice on my shaken espresso they didn’t put no ice at all 😡 They always been doing that I am tired of going there n fixing it For the first time i decided to write a review They really need to do better or replace all the workers.

They limit 1 person to sit at a chair/table and the food taste off so i went to a different dunkin and their food was way better than this one, they didn’t mix my sugar in my coffee and i was just drinking sugar and not the liquid They kick people out. Don’t recommend you guys coming here!
Food and/or latte made me ill. The chai latte's lid and cup had an extremely strong smell of cologne. I tried wiping it off with a scentless wet wipe and the wipe itself became extremely smelly. The chai latte was unsafe, undrinkable and chemically perfumed. I had driven quite a distance away before returning back to DD to request a refund. They insisted on giving me a new one instead. At the end of this all, he didn't offer to up the size or make up for the inconvenience and annoyance I experienced. However he did apologize. My car and my clothes still smell like that overpowering cologne. And the tea or donuts still me sick. Most likely a bacterial infection (I'm a doctor of medicine). I'm questioning the level of hygiene altogether now. Especially since they wear the same gloves to handle money and food, don't change their gloves, and they still manage to make enough skin contact with the food in order to overwhelm it with their cologne. Hopefully it's not a serious bacteria that they've given me because it's painful and requires frequent visits to the washroom.

Good service, I remember, we used to going to this DD at night during pandemic ,One Bengali sweet uncle always greet us with smile and his service.
I immediately left. They have a ventilation issue idk if they're sharing an air system with the nail salon next door or what but the entire place smelled like acetone. I can't imagine what the people working there must be going through thats incredibly unhealthy

I was waiting in the lady see me and she was just packing bags empty bags and I asked for a fully loaded hashbrowns they gave me burn bacon that is horrible and they do a little bit of cheese on the top of it no cheese on the hashbrowns and hashbrowns is very soggy.
