Had to deal with Mala again and this time around she was more nasty than usual. Wasn’t able to place an order at the drive through microphone, and when I drove up she gave me some whole speech about how she’s busy and doesn’t have the staff to make an order for me etc. Net-net, this location is trash and needs to be disbanded. Fire the whole staff and put a Chick Fil A or something.

Hello, tonight I came here to enjoy a iced matcha lata with cold foam from this dukin. A min after I got my drink I noticed it started tasting weird and upon inspection I saw that the cold foam Was clumpy and had a bad smell to it. I then went back to dunkin and explained the situation and they took my drink back. 3 min later they brought back my same drink and tried to tell me it was a new one and that the cold foam was new. I then got aggravated and the man took my drink and left for 10 min to finally bring me a new drink.
I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS DUNKIN AGAIN.

Typical Duncan where we met some friends and had some coffee. The service was good and the products fresh. We had no issue hanging around beyond the 30 minute minimum posted, which made our time together better. We'll done Duncan.
To the owners of this location. PLEASE TRAIN YOU STAFF BETTER TO SERVE AND HEAR THE ORDER. On several, several occasions, I've had my coffee order messed up. You want to stay in business, listen to your customers, you might make more money and have better satisfied customers. ONE silver lining you have going for you is your employee name MALA. If it wasn't for her, you would have a failing location. Mala, always gets our orders correct.

This one of the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. Always understaffed with seemingly new staff who don't coordinate or work efficiently. Highly disorganized and long waits. Expect to wait for basic orders and missed items.
