I went to eat donuts with my mother, when ordering I pointed out to the lady who was serving us one that said double chocolate, "Sabrina" (that's what she said her name was), she corrected me and said that it is a Boston cream... I pointed out to her that it says double chocolate there and with a rude attitude she responded: "it doesn't matter what it says there, it's a Boston cream and that's it... that's where the horrible service began... I asked for one and she served me whatever she thought was right... My mother is a 75 year old woman. We asked for the bathroom and she told us that the bathroom was for employees only, we understood this, however, a woman asked for the bathroom and she had no qualms about offering it to us, when I asked her why the discrimination and she just turned her back on us and mumbled under her breath. There is no manager to raise the discomfort, the service is terrible... What a shame...

We went into this place to buy an ice cream in the Drive thru area. The woman who served us seemed like a soldier, we got tired of telling her through the machine what we wanted and she was very stupid because she didn't understand, the funniest thing was an ice cream that was on the screen and we only told her the name of the ice cream and she didn't even understand. Afterwards we approached the windows where the food is collected to tell him in person to see if he was listening but he didn't understand either, I called someone to help us and he said that it's okay to forget it and we left the place.

You come for a cup of coffee in the morning to try to start your day right. I am not paying nearly $4 for a medium coffee to have all of it spill on me, in my car, on a work day, simply because the Dunkin staff can’t bother to secure the lid to the coffee cup. It’s not once or twice. It happens often. They specialize in coffee drinks, can they not also specialize in making sure the hot coffee is secured in the cup? I’m so furious this morning because of the inconvenience this caused me during my work commute. Horrible. Spent 10 mins cleaning it my car.

To the owners of this establishment. I come to your store 6 days a week for the last 16 years. Threw the years your level of service has become abysmal, that's is understanding for the current work force that's working these jobs these day (you truly have no control). My main issue stems from the pricing of simple items that your company and Corp you are partnered with are doing. In the last 4 years a iced coffee has had a pricing increase every 4 months. Besides increasing the prices you are not able to find simples things that a coffee shop has, napkins, sugar packets, straws, they are all held under lock and key by your employees. So you are also trimming consumables exposure to your business to keep profits up. Makes a lot of sense charge more give less. I guess the customer has to get killed for $800000 renovation you just did. Thank you for trying you hardest to loss a loyal customer. You have succeeded in your efforts. All the best!!!

I walked in and saw a fly walking on the corn muffins I told the staff and the both of them just looked at it and left it there. They didn’t care. I saw the fly walking on each corn muffin in the front then walk across going towards the back. I should have taken a picture. Very nasty and disgusting. And the fact that the stuff could care less. I can’t only imagine how they treat the food. I wouldn’t eat any food from them
