I tried to order the same milkshake I got from this same location two days ago and the guy at the drive thru tried to gaslight me saying those ice cream flavors don’t exist.He was very rude the whole time and I’m a regular at this location but I haven’t seen him before. ( I went on 04/14/24 around 11:45pm and he is a middle aged guy with a heavy Indian accent) hope the management will see this and take an action against this kind of behavior

I ordered 2 everything bagels they give me both of them burn it’s really upsetting 5 people working they giving this kind of food.I wish I could upload the picture of the bagels.I wish there is option for 0 star.
I was with my dog and the lady who served me let my dog lick her gloves, then she started to prepare a sandwich for someone without changing gloves, if she did that in front of me I can't imagine what they would be capable of doing when you don't see

While visiting NY I thought it was going to be a lot colder than it was. I bundled up and was quite warm on my walk. I stopped in for some juice and a glazed donut. The service was fast and even though the dining area was small and had a few guests, I was able to take a seat and enjoy a break from my walk. The store looks clean. The counter tops are clean, outside the store fairly clean.
