My coworker ordered from here before I saw her food, and everything was well put together. When I ordered my food, there was no salad they filled my plate with just rice they didn't provide me with utensils, no napkins. When my food, was ready and bagged, the lady in the front left it on the counter without letting me know my food was ready. 0/10

I ordered a simple cuban sandwich, ham pickle Swiss cheese and pernil mayo. Simple but not to simple for this spot, The sandwich I got lets just say I feed it to my dog.

I order mangu and broil chicken.. mangu was ok but the chicken was like someone had already nibbled on it, so next day( i live in NJ)took it back and gave it back to the lady who served me and told her the chicken was disgusting she stood there and just looked at me.
The food was horrible ??. The burger meat tasted like school food. It had no good flavor and I had to take it out because I couldn’t finish because If I did I’d throw up. The chicken tacos were also bad, for example the chicken of the tacos tasted chemical. Not only that the fried plantains were stale. Also the drinks were super sour. And to top it all off we were forced to tip even though we didn’t have the greatest experience.

Service was pretty bad as we had to order then specify, then clarify two more times. Also, drinks we ordered we never brought to us, we had to specify not to bother so someone didnt try to bring them when we were ready to leave. Food was decent, would do takeout only in the future.

I'm a little disappointed with what went on. My wife doesn't speak Spanish, and when the waitress came to the table, she did not understand what my wife ordered. She then went and brought another woman to the table who spoke English. She smoothed the situation over, and we got our order in. We then sat at the table with nothing for at least 10 minutes . We asked for bread
because we were starving. She said ok . Had to remind her in another 10 minutes and finally got bread .I forgot to mention that we were the only table! The food wasn't really what my wife ordered.at that point, we were so aggrieved. We have been going to this place for years.. I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant thumbs down.
