I walked into this place not knowing anything about it yet willing to find out. As I walked in there was a sour face old woman sitting behind the counter; she never bothered to make eye contact, nor greet me, nor inquired if she could help me. Instead, I was under the impression that she was annoyed that I came into her space. She face was already sour and she had the audacity to screw up she face even more. With that I exited as quickly as I entered. That being said, I couldn’t possibly say anything about this place except that it was unwelcoming and didn’t seem to care if I bought something or not so I won’t bother to return. I do suggest however that if they want people’s business they should be more inviting to potential customers because you never know who is walking into your business.

I found a Piece of plastic paper in my soup :( I also found out the porridge was not regular porridge it was peanut porridge you have to inform ppl there is nuts in it I ended up in the hospital due to allergy . The lady did not inform it was a different kinda porridge . Other jamaican stores inform there will be a diff type of porridge. I see they have no grade Inspection on window but there is a picture online false advertisement and I took a chance with them . I will never come back food is not safe to eat and I don’t think they are cleaning properly and check the food .

Not very professional to have people waiting half hour just to inform they you don't have what you offer to sell. Dont open a business if you can provide service to the people. Especially if it's a jerk spot that sells jerk chicken, lol how youndo t age jerk chicken. Thats your main dish!!! This is my firs order and the first order I haven't receive. Will deffently not order again. Yall will be forever jerks, like your name.

Booked and paid 5 days in advance for a catered event. Called the day before to confirm pick up at 12p. I get there at 11:50a to be inform the food is now being cooked and it won’t be ready. I had to demand a some type of refund and they didn’t even give me back half of the payment. The food ended up being 2 hours LATE!! As a West Indian, it’s disgusting that black business continue to do this to their communities. I would NEVER RECOMMEND them for events. Mind you the owner suggested that I could travel from Queens to pick up in Brooklyn. Should be SHAME

I’ve recently started working not too far from Forever Jerk and I’m happy I gave it a try. I buy lunch here everyday! The service is great and the food is delicious and they have healthy options available as well. ? ?
They keep stale food and resell it getting customers sick. The lady short changed me the other day, I’m a hard worker for my $$, it takes a really desperate and nasty dishonest person to rob you, I didn’t expect better, you look like you rob people all the time.
