Also can’t find it and we talked to the info booth person in Terminal 4 and she knew nothing about it. Too bad since this is the only airport restaurant that had a better review. Still shows open on Google map and website for some reason.

I adore this place! They offer marvelous food, their menu is nice, The chef in that place is an expert, I like a lot trying all their food. The food is always of high qualtity, the service towards the customers is good. I often go to this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it with no hesitation.

This restaurant gets a one star because my omelette was actually good. I will admit it was crowded and there was an overwhelming amount of orders. However the employees continued to dismiss me for over 40 minutes as I tried to inform them my number was skipped. One employee stated to me that it was a lot of orders and everyone was waiting. When I finally got her attention, I told her what number I was she said she did not have that order, and did not know what it was. I explained that I received a notification my order was ready, however when I asked her she stated I had to wait. With attitude stated I need your receipt.I explained that I joined the line to pay after she informed me I had to wait and when she checked the kiosk she saw my order. She explained someone took the omelette because she made it... I was standing there the whole time she made a mistake and clicked on the kiosk she had served my meal. She then went on to make my meal and did not apologize and also did not include what I originally ordered which included home fries. I literally never write reviews but I just need this establishment to teach their employees some customer service. There is a lot of stress and anxiety which many experience with traveling, getting food should not be add on to that. Employees should be trained on how to speak to people. I did not raise my voice or say anything out of line. The employee disregarded me was extremely disrespectful. I also believe the time management of creating meal given that all customers at this establishment are on schedule to fly need to be revised and more efficient.

I landed at d airport n decided to have pasta here.... The staff working there has no idea... What ingredients are used in the food that they prepare!! They don't know if the pastas contain egg or not, they don't know if the potato sauce that have on d menu is vegetarian or not does it contain mushroom or not....!! There are always less optionsfor vegetarian but here.. One may think there are options but due to no response from staff to get any information regarding the same... Clients go away..... They're were another bunch of people who were stranded there!

Had the baked ziti and was very underwhelmed. I didn't expect much but it didn't even meet those low expectations. Way too much cheese and not enough taste. It tasted quite bland and I can make a better baked ziti with my college dorm microwave. It was really expensive and I would have expected something not half bad for the price of $18 but I was let down. Service was pretty slow but that's mostly because it's an airport.

I had Alfredo pasta with chicken. The food is really good! Just the customer service and wait time. She seemed not want to cook anything. You order using an iPad and you can even build your own pasta! Yum!

I cannot comment on the quality of the food because the staff simply decided not to make it. They let me stand there for 20 minutes without once mentioning that they had chosen to ignore my order. When I finally asked what the delay was, the woman working the counter (Pippi) simply shrugged and said she had thrown the order ticket away. She literally fished it out of the trash can to show me. There was no apology, explanation, or offer to actually make my bagel.

Had the omelette breakfast. Great deal for $8. Wish there was butter for my toast. You can pick 3 things to put in it. Anything extra costs extra. Service was quick and friendly.

I ordered breakfast at Terminal 5 at JFK on Friday morning January 25, 2018. I must say that the young lady that was the short order cook had a nasty disposition. It seemed like she was not in a good.mood although the combo I ordered was good.

I just finished the penne with vodka sauce, and I was surprised that it was really pretty good. Plus the serving size was huge, and the meal was served piping hot. A heap of grated parm and healthy sprinkling of basil...voila. For airport food, it wasn't bad at all, and at $11.50, I felt like it wasn't the usual rip off either.

Horrible breakfast! Basically the same food you'd get at the free buffet in your bargain hotel. Cheap, but disgusting.
