Best beef meifun I’ve had in ages…

My family and I have been ordering here for 15 years+ It was great at first but unfortunately they have become lazy and customer service is terrible . I ordered beef and mushroom and recieved beef with mixed vegetables. I have ordered this before from the restaurant. When I called they told me that the order comes with vegetables, so then why is it specifically called beef with mushroom? In addition, the woman that works there stated "why didn't you tell me you didn't want other vegetables?" I think when you order something called beef with mushrooms its safe to assume that their wouldn't be mixed vegetables in it. Clearly they just didn't want to own up to there mistake. The chef was arguing with me about it and then the woman who answers the phone said they'll make a new order but I have to pick it up as it's a busy night and delivery will supposedly take an hour. While she was saying this the chef screamed no in the background. I decided to not go get the food since the chef was angry, I wouldn't really trust what he makes. They were aware that my family and I have been customers for 15 years and the lady just quickly said okay bye and hung up with no care while I was speaking. So sad that this place has gone down.

I give up on the local eateries around here. Especially this restaurant. THEY KEEP screwing up my order. Today I ordered fried seafood combo with plain fried rice NO VEGGIES and what did I get? Veggies. So unless it's from Long Island I'm officially done ordering from here.
I have been ordering for over 20 years from Golden Kitchen it’s the best Chinese restaurant ever!! The food is always delicious!!!
