The bakery is infested with rats I saw two run out the room behind the cashier I guess the room where they make the bread and other pastries. I was paying for my bread and pastries and saw it and told the casher nevermind and walked out. I've been coming here for years and I'm in shocked. Do not come here!! This place is very disgusting and nasty. They also sell everything very expensive compared to Liberty. Go there rather than coming here.

Great taste, freshly made smoothie. ?
Customer service 10/10 - I have to say this place picks the best people to serve customers . The guys there are amazing and very patient.Chicken patty 10/10 ( I like that they use mince meat and not ground meat ) and it’s well seasoned.Bread - they started baking more often so it’s there’s a chance you get hot bread and their price is not over the top.Pastries - everyone run to sybills but I am not a fan of flaky rich pasties . I like Guyana choice dough. It’s very old school and authentic.Overall , the location on 104th is the best .
The Sal Sev was stale. Very disappointed. I’m scared to buy anything there now.
Good place to go for your home away from home stuff
??❤️ They offer fresh coconut juice early in the morning. You can drink it straight from the coconut. It was delicious and guy cutting the coconut is very friendly. 6 dollars per coconut.
Worst customer service,$6 a coconut..:Went to the back to payCame back infrontThey give me a half filled cup with it…When I ask them,They laugh and said“Buy another one”.:. I was shocked

GUYANA CHOICE BAKERY Went they first opening everything used to tastes every good, but just like every west indian bakery or restaurants they foods taste good for the first 4 to 6 months went they make it big they food stuck really stuck. I will not buy anything from them if even they or someone pay me millions dollars . One thing I can say about sybil they food taste the same alway stay the same
Was craving some Guyanese pastry, google directed me to this spot on Liberty Avenue, Queens. Highly disappointed at the cheese rolls, pine tarts and cheese straws. The worst. Hard doughy. Cheese straws were spicy pepper biscuits. What happened to good tasting flaky authentic Guyanese pastries.
Pick any other shop, it would be better than this.
Awesome Guyanese bread
They have fresh bread and pastries. Their cheeseroll is the best so far in NY, even better than sybil's. If you're from the west indies then this place will be very nostalgic. Very nice.
