Great texture, color, and balance of smoke, salt, and brown sugar. As wonderful to look at as it was to eat. Uniquely excellent product. Will indulge again…

I'm a big acme fan but the super market near me doesn't carry it. They recommended Haifa and I wasn't disappointed. Honestly it was delicious. Not fishy, great marbling, lots of flavor and very tender. I also like that there weren't any nitrates, at least not listed. Great job Haifa
