Placed an online order at 7:11pm with a pick up time at 7:30pm ended up getting my food till 8:06pm, only to drive home and saw the staff added oxtail gravy when I selected NO OXTAIL GRAVY!!!!! Wasted 1 hour of my life and spent $22 only to throw it in the garbage…..To the owners & managers you have 2 staff who is overwhelmed by 100s of takeout orders causing customers and uber drivers to get frustrated I am 100% sure you can afford to add a few more staff to ensure a smooth process. Used to be my favorite Jerk spot out here but after this experience will definitely not be visiting again.

Jerk chicken was hard, not freshly made. Pork was hard. Macaroni was soft. Plantain was soft oxtail let me not mention the oxtail first time there spend over 60 bucks not happy with ofood.

Oxtail has a funny taste why the oxtail so big then they give you like two pieces . Jerk chicken dry rice nasty . They're only good in the city when the chicken is fresh . Won't be ordering again

I tried the truck in fresh meadows bc I had to see what a $19 plate of jerk chicken was hitting for. And the only thing that got jerked was my pockets!!! This place would never survive in a predominantly west Indian community. Chicken taste like unseasoned rotisserie. No hint of jerk seasoning. I was so disappointed. But the rice and salad was good😏

Jamrock Jerk is always consistent and the food is delicious. Professional branding is very amazing. I think the restaurant does a great job representing itself. The jerk pork is especially delicious. 😋 I have been ordering from them a lot recently, and I really appreciate the clean presentation, the way they mark on the bag “Enjoy your meal” with your name on it. I think the branded salad dressing and utensils is a nice touch. Can’t say enough good things about Jamrock. I am never disappointed in my meal. Thank you.

My first time getting from the truck today in Fresh Meadows. The food is hot and fresh. Looks like they are only here on weekends with a nice menu to choose from. Very polite people waiting to serve you with a smile.
