I am here to happily add another well deserved 5 star review for Jazzy Wings & Southern Cuisine. The menu items were really good and the prices are really reasonable. Everything was very flavorful and tasty. Workers are incredibly helpful and service is really fast. I definitely recommend and would come again!

This was a bad experience. I ordered a burger first. The attendee went into the kitchen and started to speak out loud, "Hello, hello, someone wants a burger". The cook came out after about a minute and said ok. I then thought I'd also order some wings to see what their wings were about. They told me I couldn't taste any wings unless I buy them because each wing is counted for. The girl seemed annoyed when I asked how much are the wings alone because with fries they are 6.50. She said an order of wings alone are 6 dollars. Since they wouldn't let me taste the wings, I bought 6 wings and guessed which ones to pick. When I ate them, they were cold. I asked the girl to warm them up and she seemed more annoyed but she put them in an oven. When she took them out, they were still just barely warm. I took them because I didn't feel like arguing and the girl didn't seem friendly. Then, they gave me a "House Lemonade" that was warm. I told the girl and she seemed more annoyed and then gave me another cup that was colder, yet still not cold. I asked for ice and the manager or other employee who seemed like a manager told me that they don't have ice. No ice!?! No ice!?! WTH? Then my burger came out. The fries were bland, bland, bland. I asked for salt and they gave me a few packets. The burger meat was the only good thing. It was juicy and it tasted good, however, the tomatoes were precuts and there were pieces of the tomato missing. All together, I regretted going in there and I will never be back.

The food is amazing, but the customer service SUCKS!!!! I came in one time asked for a salmon burger and none of the staff knew how to make it which was alarming to me because it's on the menu!!! The cashier is rude and kept interrupting my order to talk to her colleagues... if it wasn't for the wings Jesus Christ! I would never step foot in there!!!

This food gave me the runs oh nah I will never return the food was bland and all . I love to support local businesses but I will pass on this place I should have known better it wasn't even anyone in there and now I know why! Keep it you got my money only once good riddance

Let's talk food! I had the Turkey meat loaf, sweet potato souffle and greens. Personally I should not have taken the meat loaf because I am not eating tomatoes and there was the tomato sauce on the meatloaf. Other than the sauce on the loaf it taste pretty good because I scrapped the sauce to the side. The sweet potato souffle was so delicious but the greens were bland. My wife had the rib, fries and broccoli casserole. I taste the rib..... Man oh man. The meat just fell off the bone into my mouth when I bit into it. So tender and didn't need a tooth pick after I was done. So in other words.. it taste so good, it'll make you slap you Mama . I chose 6 wings because that was the main reason for us coming. I had 3 honey and 3 Thai chili. Tfe said we can mix it instead if one flavor per order The honey wings were salty wings and the Thai chili was just ordinary nothing to write home about. We didn't get desert as we were too stuffed. OH and the cornbread .. next time I'll ordered extra, they are just that perfect to taste. So why did I give 3 stars because 5 stars would mean just that... 5 visit, it wasn't a 5 star. When we walked in I was greeted by a young lady that got up from the table in which she was tending to her baby and boyfriend. She gave us a menu to look over and then went behind the counter to serve. I didn't see a employees please wash hands sign so I figured she thinks she didn't need to was her hands. I'M JUST SAYING!. When she took the order she was slow and loquacious. I was thinking .. y'all can talk some other time let's finish my order. So the other lady saw that we wanted to order more. Finally the person that was tending to the baby, unwashed hands, food server turned cashier asked if we wanted drinks. Don't know why she felt the need to roll her eyes constantly when I asked if that was sweet tea or semi sweet. Let's just say that she is the type that when she think about what she is going to say, she roll her eyes in order for it to come from the brain out of her mouth. Just guessing.. finally as we went to sit down to eat, I just sat didn't complain. I'm good for that but I was trying to be at peace as I watched my wife clean off her side of the table. I just hope someone from the business read the reviews on Yelp so that improvements can be made. By the way we did get 2 loyalty cards . Most places give you on and lunch it twice for the two orders.. talk know where I'm going with that .. so I'll stop here.

I wanted to support a local business. Wings were okay, mac and cheese was okay. My husband cancelled his order as the cook was outside taking a break in the car. The place is clean and the person that waited on me was very unengaging. I don't know, maybe my expectations need to come down a bit. :( Won't be going back again.

So I usually eat from jazzy wings and Southern cuisine when I'm working in the area. Today however I ordered Collard greens and they were absolutely disgusting. Not only did they had a weird taste, it was extremely Tangy, sour but bland. It's extremely difficult for me to describe the taste as it was just terrible. The taste was something not expected in a side dish of greens. I suggested maybe they were sitting out for a long time so I brought it to the staff members attention and she asked how it tasted and just said "I'm sorry about that different people make it." I will not eat from here anymore.
