Excellent lounge with great service and quiet atmosphere. Nice set up with amenities such as shower service. The view from the lounge is just breathtaking seeing the plane arrived at the gate from up high!!!

The food and facilities were very poor. There wasn't much variety of food and the quality was just frozen food that was heated and served to the public. The lounge is so small that it's easy to bump into people. The only thing I was satisfied with was the staff's customer service and service spirit. I couldn't even shower while waiting because the facility was like a worm.

Flight tickets to New York JFK are expensive. Right? They say JFK Airport is over 100 years old.Korean Air Lounge is OK! ButPlease pay more attention to food type and quality.Just think of it as being all around where you are standing. The employees are trained and sensible.

Very old lounge. Poor quality of food. I won’t use it again. Better options at T1 with Ppass card.

If you've been to Incheon airport lounges, you can't compare this to those. Everything's pretty stacked inside and not much food options to choose from, but what can you expect from Terminal 1. It's not loud inside tho which is a good thing.

Aside from the airport, the Korean Air lounge is really bad. As expected, the Incheon Airport lounge is the best...

Very good room, there are showers that can be accessed very easily, you only request it at the front desk and that's it, there is beer, a variety of liquors, sandwiches, sodas, etc. Comfortable chairs with chargers for all types of mobile phones, a more private work space

Since JFK Airport is small, the lounge is also small. There were more people using it, so it was like a crowded market alley. If JFK is expanded more than KAL, the lounge will probably have more breathing space. Please use it like this for the time being.
The lady in the front desk name Sun hee rim is racist.

This is the saddest korean air prestige lounge I have ever been to. Furniture was all worn out and layers coming through. Nothing vegan-doable with the exception of packaged fruit. Their korean pumpkin porridge was literally yellow colored water. Come on, JFK and KAL! Step it up!! Pathetic!!! Used to feel that LAX's KAL lounge was sad but wow...

Very comfortable lounge in JFK Terminal 1. If you arrive early enough you can grab a seat overlooking Jamaica Bay. Decent food options, both Western and Asian. Service is extremely attentive and polite. Lounge is very clean and well cared for. Showers are available as well.

Have all the basic that you would expect from a lounge such as hot food, cold selection, non alc and alcoholic beverage. Friendly check-in staff and the lounge itself is clean. Only note is the seats are very close to each other. Luckily when I visit, the lounge is quite empty so this is not a problem but might be when the lounge is crowded

Eventhough I have a priority pass, at the JFK site in terminal 1. They seem not to allow anyobe who is flying on another airline other that Korean Air to check-in into the lounge.
