사장님(?)께서 손님의 말에 좀더 친절히 대해주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 메뉴에 대해 묻는게 손님의 잘못은 아닙니다.
Doing business with Korean signs and menus at a big U.S. airport is a great way to attract customers from all over—Koreans visiting from back home, Koreans who live here, and other international travelers. But with that, I believe there's a responsibility to uphold. Please be mindful of how you treat customers so that your business doesn't give our country, Korea, a bad name. As a Korean living in the U.S., I was so excited to see your place, but my experience today was a letdown. I'm leaving this review because I'm really bummed that my initial excitement turned into disappointment.

I ordered the Kimchi soup with rice for $18. The old lady was not kind, the kimchi soup was terrible. No flavor at all. Don’t recommend. The airport should not have this kind of restaurant . Horrible 👎👎👎

Very poor sanitation and health safety practices. They don’t wear gloves worn preparing your food and has their bare hands all over everything
We believe all the good is premade and frozen. Have never been to such a bad Korean/asian restaurant even in airports.
Over priced and not so great food
Bad customer service.
Really hate giving bad reviews but this experience has me upset.
I ordered a cappuccino and was about to order a ramyun but realized it’s pack soup duh, so I said don’t bother I’ll just have the “shrimp dumplings.” My boy charged me $18 for a udon soup. I was confused about the cost so when I checked back my receipt I saw the udon. Upon telling him that’s not what I ordered he continued arguing with me for a good while and continued telling me I said tempura udon. Bruh I mean honestly I know what I said but worse yet what’s arguing with a customer going to help you… cause you really had me mad at this point and I’m naturally a very patient person.
Finally got my microwave dumplings and refund but ehhhh. Not me again
$18 dollars for a half panini sandwich with one slice of Swiss and ham? Insulting
I was surprised how nice the bulgogi is. good place to have Korean before going to Korea lol

Unfriendly!
I pay money to buy it, so why do I have to stoop to it?
I don't understand at all... .
He seems like a person who doesn’t have the basics of business… .

It feels like instant food is cooked, so it might be a little strange if you're not used to eating it.

I'm Korean, and it is operated by Korean people. The food, service and everything was very poor. They just want money, and all they do is putting the food in the microwave and heating it up. Don't waste money here. Eat burgers, instead.

If there’s an option 0 star I would put that, the bibimbap was microwaved with no meat in it. And the rice was not cooked and cold. Worst food ever, among all bad airport food.

I am Korean. I ordered ramen and rice. Even though the grandmother's boss is Korean, she is not friendly or anything like that. Unfriendly to everyone. If you don't want to wash your food, we put it in a delivery container. Of course, both chopsticks and spoons are disposable. I ordered kimchi for ramen, and the kimchi was amazing. It makes me feel good enough to eat up both the unfriendliness and the service. Kimchi is the truth in ramen.
