I just picked up an order that I ordered on the kfc app for two 8 piece nuggets and one 12 piece nuggets and I selected ranch sauce and buffalo ranch sauce and upon opening my order to eat, I received NO sauce whatsoever for 31 KFc chicken nuggets this is unacceptable by all standards, I am a regular patron at KFC

This is the disgusting KFC I have ever seen in my entire life. We ordered large bucket of tenders which smells like a stale and uncooked. I am very disappointed from this side of KFC.

Locations drives inevitable weirdos. Ketchup is behind the counter and always have to ask for it because they are never given without prompt. Friendly staff.

Too salty, service was nice but slow considering there was little foot traffic. Seems like drive through gets served faster. St least thr place was clean
This is my local KFC, so for convenience, I use this one, but the service is horrible. The wait is long and half the time they could never get things right. I always let it slide bc I know how hard the industry is, but today, it really tested my patience. I literally placed the order thru my app in the place with my child and waited. Over 10 minutes, I waited, asked about it, and the manager said to wait a little longer, it probably hasn't gone through yet. So here goes the waiting again as she claimed to go check on it, and before you know it, my order was canceled. Go asked about it again, asking why it was canceled, and she says if I want to cancel it to go ahead. She now says she doesn't see it. So which one is it... you don't see it or wait for it to come through? These people make no sense and can't do their job. The young cashier busy with two guys yapping away, sitting on the register counters instead of watching over orders. Management needs fixing.

Best KFC in the whole Queens! It is so juicy and nice and they Cook it so good and it is super fast!
Gave us the wrong sauces, wrong sides, and for the saucy nuggets they ripped up what I'm guessing were tenders and threw sauces on it because they didn't want to fry up fresh ones. Pure laziness. Do not order from here because if the employees are cutting corners for this then who knows what else.

Good food slightly smaller Poor service: half gallon sold out, and never got my sides for meal, and since they don't pickup the phone I need to drive back and go pickup the sides I paid for instead of just getting a refund, also drink dispenser mountain dew only dispense seltzer and orange crush would only dispense syrup 😡 and online customer service only available during normal business hours not store hours.
Edit: had to go back and get my 2 family sides. They apologized and gave me my sides. But not sorry enough to give me something for my wasted time, gas, and mileage. Added 1 extra star to service for this. Will continue to edit if I go back, depending on service and food.
