I was very disappointed with my meal. I ordered the special, the chicken taste old and salty I had to give it to my dog. He seems to enjoy it. Because she eats almost anything. The mac and cheese is old and salty not stired together correctly. This used to be one of the better KFCs it is now one of the worst. I agree with some of the other reviews I've read don't go here. It's not worth the money or your time.

The Famous Bowl i order wasnt what i expected, i wish i would have opened it there in the store so i could asked for a refund to only get 6 pieces of nuggets and half empty blow,its like she purposely served me a kids meal

This has to be the worst KFC in Queens. Ordered a family meal and only got five pieces of chicken but paid for seven. Only wings and thighs are available because this establishment never has chicken ready for some reason. They made me drive around in circles to get my order in the Drive-Thru... I usually go there once a week but today made the decision that I'm never going back to that KFC.

I went to the drive through last night around 10-10:30 pm, tired from a long day of work, just trying to get me a wrap. The menu display DID NOT have them displayed for some odd reason, I wear an up-to-date glasses prescription and I couldn’t remember the flavors available. The drive thru operator was quite UNPLEASANT and rude, I asked what were the wrap flavors, her idiotic response was “the ones posted on the menu?” In a sarcastic tone. And we both went silent for a few moments. She asked again what I would like to order. It took all of me to not curse this idiot out. I responded that I had asked her a question and I was waiting for the available wrap flavors. The little cow finally responded and I bought my items. Stop playing with people, please and keep educating yourself. Is it difficult to read? Or be knowledgeable about the food items available at the establishment YOU work at? Is it difficult to articulate one self and provide actual customer service, which is part of your job description? Please train the staff better. One thing fast food workers know how to do almost consistently is how to NOT do their job correctly. Congratulations KFC! Yall doing a great job at the hiring department. The staff was friendly and helpful but when I got my chicken it smelled like cigarette smoke. I put the food in my car and it smelled like someone was smoking a cigarette. Once I got home my appetite had been lost by the smell and I threw all the chicken away
