I called at 10:22 and it’s now 12 and I haven’t received my order. I’ve been calling since 11 about my order someone picked up the phone and said the guy soon get here. Now its 12 and I haven’t received my order & they keep sending me to voicemail ?
I had a chance to stop by this area in a few years from the last visit.It was about the dinner time soon, and I remembered this chinese restaurant which had a good food.There were still many customers in the restaurant, but there was nobody in the kitchen I remember...Service was OK, the lady was kind even though she was crazy busy...Food was different. It was not the one of kind delicious chinese food anymore. It was just OK level common taste.So sad, and I realized there was a word "new" in front of Kingwok.I used to love so much their tostone better than any other Latin food restaurants in the area.Good bye my one of the best chinese restaurant in my memory...

Sorry to say but avoid this place. It was filthy inside and the service is so slow. It took almost 45 min to get my order. I was looking forward to the bourbon chicken but it was oily and tasted funny so in the trash it went. Dumplings were pasty and flavorless and the wonton soup had a layer of oil on it and no flavor. LIKE NO FLAVOR, BROTH TASTED LIKE TAP WATER. What a shame as it's one of the only Chinese places near my job.

This place appears to be very unsanitary. They switch price’s everyday. Then tries to charge customers extra money just for adding sauce to their food. I ordered a small fries for $3. I went back the next day for the same thing. They said I would be charged $3.50 now because of sauce. I didn’t even ask for extra sauce. I’m not sure why they need extra money when the place is filthy and need renovations.

My family has been going here from the earliest days! They even know our order without telling them. There food is delicious and enjoyable. They are professional and would recommend to anybody.
They add a lot of oil to the rice with pork, reduce the oil, my rice had too much oil, reduce the oil, thank you

Food was horrible! Not many good corner Chinese take-out places in NYC any longer. Mostly all the same now. They use cheap ingredients, pre-made chemical-laden sauces to make their dishes and just don't put their hearts into their food. All they care about is making money without having to earn it by making a good product! It's like they think if they open their doors and call themselves a restaurant, people owe them something by default! If you want good Chinese food you now need to go to where the Chinese people go themselves, Chinatown!!! The best quality at the best prices. After all.... The Chinese would never pay what these corner stores charge or eat the garbage they try to push off on their neighborhood customers.
