This is a terrible place. When you call and you don't speak English they just hang up the phone. Then if you call again they will not answer anymore and the worst part is that they don't have a voicemail box.
How can you do business in the USA when you can't speak English? And to just hang up ...it is very rude.
I don't normally post negative reviews but this is not the first time it happens. It is all the time.
It is very important if you are doing business to have good telephone manners. At least train your worker to have some manners and say that you only serve Spanish speaking customers. But then again that's discrimination. It's a shame and I hope the owner will address this. You will lose customers if you're staff has no telephone manners and just hangs up the call to English speaking customer.

I think the 8 dollar bread is the very delicious seasoning. I am Colombian and it is difficult to find good bread here in Ny, but I can say that this bread is very good.

I just went shopping and the employees talking to each other fill the queue and so much nalas that they DON'T attend to me... If not to the one who came behind... What a lack of courtesy in the attention to the staff....The rest is very nice, the food is very good but that point did fail.

02/15/2024 I passed by a few minutes ago and ordered a bread pudding, my boyfriend paid with a $20 bill and the lady gave him $3 back, I told her how much it cost, she told me $7 and she said we paid with $20 and she says it's not possible, We started a stupid argument about the change, she exclaims, she can't return the $10 more because she's not sure, I tell her, there's the camera, check it, she says only my boss can do that, I told her, tell her then to check because our intention is not steal 10 dollars, and she says she doesn't have her boss's number and I tell her when she arrives she says uffffffff she never comes I don't know... wait for it to close to see if there are any 10 dollars left... I got upset about that and started arguing about it. Your stupid answers,,, I work in a place where I also get confused and my boss is always willing to help us when something like this happens, because the clients are the ones who make the business… he says I'm human, I'm wrong but it's not the client's fault. her ineptitude... I left very upset and left my phone number... because she said she would call... I'm not expecting the $10 that she stole, but rather an apology for the bad timing... because I really hope the camera is seen and they know it's not I needed to spend $10 dollars...

Good place to get typical Colombian food, it is well located, it has several points of sale and its products are always fresh and quite delicious. They have products that are made within the site itself and others that are sold, but that are brought from Colombia. Very good.
