I rarely leave negative reviews but this one take the whole cake I ordered two dishes for delivery that costed me 70$ the food was horrible especially the ribs. I payed 17$ for the ribs and it came with a measly 3 pieces the sauce was horrible. It tasted like garbage juice to put it nicely. The only thing that was good were the plantains. I would avoid ordering Spanish food from here just go to another place save your money and your time!

Dont come here unless you speak spanish , even still dont come. Food is not so great , the staff is to uneducated and does not know how to cook. The prices went up drastically.

The worst service the waitresses can give you, they say they open at 9 and I went at 12:30 they were washing the floor and they said I can't serve you because everything is wet, I didn't have time to explain that I just wanted to bring the food , and he started talking on the phone and he didn't say anything to me. I stayed waiting and didn't turn to see me. But anyone who starts washing the floor at lunchtime is a complete idiot and made bad gestures at me, the worst place without a doubt.

I lived around the corner from this place and finally decided to give it a try!! It’s literally a hole in the wall. The food was good! We cleaned our plates. They did mess up my order- but it was good so I didn’t mind. The place is either ZELLE or CASH which I wasn’t a fan of. They only have margaritas, pina coladas or sangria. Also weird? I’d definitely be back but take this place with a grain of salt.

i got a delivery and i dont expect to be perfect, but are you serious? The delivery was delayed for 30 minutes and in top of that the food was all mixed up with the liquid from the salad dripping on top of the food, the french fries container was melting in top of the fries, i couldn't even eat a single one because it had PLASTIC ON IT. the milanesa and the fries were literally dripping oil ? and after all this happened i saw and the HIT MANGO JUICE i ask for it wasnt there, they didnt care and send me what ever they had left. this is not the first time that happens and i regret the 25.50 USD i paid for this. hope that sanitation comes and close this restaurant.

I have never taken the time to write a review until today. This place is the worst restaurant you can ever order from, it’s ran by a bunch of morons to put it nicely.
Placed an order of 83$…TWO BANDEJA PAISAS, colombiana soda, smoothie with milk and side orders.

Food comes and first mistake is that we got the smoothie with water….. fine that’s not so bad but then we open our food order.
It’s not steak…it’s PORK. I called the restaurant to see if they had sent me the wrong order and they said “we didn’t have steak so we sent you pork chops”
They also said “we didn’t have milk so we made the smoothie with water”

Making the smoothie with water is understandable… but to send me a completely different meat is something I’ve never heard of and to do this without even consulting with the consumer is NOT okay.

We didn’t even get a call to ask if this was ok, because if this was the case I would’ve cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere.
On top of this everything that came with the bandeja paisa was disgusting…. The food looked like it was cooked days ago and they just threw it in the microwave. The beans smelled rancid..who knows when the last time they actually changed those containers. And to top it all off, the Manager was absolutely no help. As I’m explaining the situation she goes “get to the point” and then proceeds to tell me that the workers don’t know how to use a phone to call the costumers.

I have never experienced this kind of disrespect.. what about the people that have food restrictions, allergies or even religious restrictions when it comes to food? They have the audacity to just replace and send whatever left over meat they have in their fridge.

I should’ve read the reviews before ordering. Be very aware of this place before you waste your money here.

Got there at 10:45am cant order anything if you're not even open. Change your time if you're not gonna serve during those hours.

With rice and lentil chops,...the chops look like they had been fried for days, hard as a stick, dry and cold.....the strawberry smoothie came out little and Nina added more milk, it was watery and without savor $28 Dolores...😡......the truth is the place is not worth it....
