Everytime I come here and ask for my chicken strips fresh they never do it and give me old soggy ones. This time to top it off I got a flat soda 🙄. They make it so hard to quench my pregnancy cravings they never get it right 🙄

Not my usual McDonald’s but this one was nearby the doctors office. Food was okay and location was renovated, seemed clean. The only bad thing but most important was the wait. I ordered for pick up through the app and line for drive through was so long and barely moving. I ended up switching to counter pick up and still ended up waiting 15 minutes for my order. 25 min total after placing the order.
Don’t come here if you’re right on time.

Avoid this McDonalds if you want your order and exactly what you paid for. I can’t avoid using because of location and proximity to home. What I do now is say a little prayer before I get to the drive through and make sure I check for all items before I leave. Just when I think the prayer worked I get home and the sprite is soda water. Good luck.

I went to Mc Donald's on Merrick Blvd and 244th street this evening. I ordered a Medium fries. When I got my order I realized that the container was half full and I complained. The server, with an attitude told me this is the way McDonalds is mandated to serve their fries .

Everytime I come here they are always rude for no reason doesn’t matter if it’s the day crew or night crew, I come up to the window and they just shout the price no hi or welcome, if you can’t be nice to people don’t work in food service it’s not that hard to be kind spreading negativity isn’t gonna make the job you don’t like feel better.
