Don't do it. Drive a few more minutes to the McDonald's in Lynbrook. It's a night and day difference. This place was terrible. Rude staff, long wait by the drive thru, and they forget items from your order and are then somehow act like it your fault for mentioning they screwed up your order. Even worst that that, they have paper straws. That alone shiukd he enough to avoid this place. Lynbrook has plastic 💪🏽💯

⭐ My Review of This McDonald’s (Visited at 1 PM Today)
I stopped by this McDonald’s around 1 p.m., and unfortunately my experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in.
1. Restrooms Locked The bathrooms were locked, which already gives you a feeling that something is not right in the area. I had to ask for the code, and while the worker gave it to me, it shouldn’t be this difficult for a basic facility. It immediately sets the tone that this location struggles with order and safety.
2. Poor Quality Food Preparation – Especially the Fish I ordered a Double Filet-O-Fish (Alaskan cod), and it was not fried properly at all. A fish sandwich cannot be served half-cooked — it’s not like beef or pork where slight undercooking is common. Fish must be cooked thoroughly, otherwise it’s unsafe. When I opened it, water was literally coming out of the fish, and it tasted soggy and improperly handled. Completely unacceptable.
3. Lack of Care and Professionalism The saddest part is the attitude. You don’t feel respect or responsibility from the staff. I didn’t even want to return it because I honestly felt uncomfortable — like if I complained, something worse might happen to my food. That’s how low the standards felt here.
McDonald’s is supposed to be a place where many people begin their careers, especially new immigrants trying to build a life in America. It should represent professionalism, consistency, and respect. This location fails at that.
Please — fry the Alaskan cod properly, maintain basic standards, and treat customers with care. This should not happen at a major chain restaurant.

Everytime I come here and ask for my chicken strips fresh they never do it and give me old soggy ones. This time to top it off I got a flat soda 🙄. They make it so hard to quench my pregnancy cravings they never get it right 🙄

Not my usual McDonald’s but this one was nearby the doctors office. Food was okay and location was renovated, seemed clean. The only bad thing but most important was the wait. I ordered for pick up through the app and line for drive through was so long and barely moving. I ended up switching to counter pick up and still ended up waiting 15 minutes for my order. 25 min total after placing the order.
Don’t come here if you’re right on time.
