Avoid this McDonalds if you want your order and exactly what you paid for. I can’t avoid using because of location and proximity to home. What I do now is say a little prayer before I get to the drive through and make sure I check for all items before I leave. Just when I think the prayer worked I get home and the sprite is soda water. Good luck.

I went to Mc Donald's on Merrick Blvd and 244th street this evening. I ordered a Medium fries. When I got my order I realized that the container was half full and I complained. The server, with an attitude told me this is the way McDonalds is mandated to serve their fries .

Everytime I come here they are always rude for no reason doesn’t matter if it’s the day crew or night crew, I come up to the window and they just shout the price no hi or welcome, if you can’t be nice to people don’t work in food service it’s not that hard to be kind spreading negativity isn’t gonna make the job you don’t like feel better.

Yall I don’t like to give bad reviews, this my first time ever having to wait this long in a drive thru after ordering on the mobile order for pick up. Maybe I’m mad because I’m just hangry. But tell me why I didn’t get my food til 30-35 mins after I placed my order (meanwhile I was stuck at the pick up window with two people in front of me as well) . Mind you it’s Sunday at 6AM. So they taking their sweet time, I’m curious as to what’s taking so long and why all of us cars are waiting for the first car to get their food. so I went inside and there’s 2-3 people that I can see and they’re all moving slow and not taking care of peoples orders fast enough, it actually pissed me off bc it look like they didn’t care and I know they see that line of cars outside. I’m telling yall low IQ people work at this location. Finally someone with sense comes to see why I’m standing inside and not in the drivethru and the employee hands me my order. Seems like they don’t care who’s waiting at a fast food restaurant for 30 mins for an order that should only take 10 mins max to make. I’m not the type to make a fuss about waiting for food bc I know s*** happens sometimes, but the fact that it looked like they just had no care in the world is what made me annoyed. Definitely do not recommend it, maybe I just came at a bad time when the morning shift was coming in, not sure but definitely don’t care either. Yall should probably fix that
My order wasn’t complete and McDonalds are not giving me a refund or delivering it to my house but I got charged for it. My milkshake wasn’t in the bag and McCrispy was all messed up.
They do not wear gloves while serving food, and fries should not be touched with bare hands. After handling my fries, they rubbed their pants, which is not sanitary. Therefore, I requested a refund.

Not a good experience at all, the food tastes like plastic and contains no nutrition at all. Overpriced and overrated on every level, better to skip.
