Terrible customer service
Had chicken burger, french fries, the nuggets and drinks. Satisfied.
It’s a McDonalds. Got a BigMac during breakfast hours. During COVID it’s the only food option in the entire terminal other than Mezze, so we rolls with what we got.
Staff looks so impatient and rude. Cant get any information or help from any of them. The worst McDonald's I've ever been. To think this is JFK airport......New York! March 15,2020 @16:15.
Great tasty place recommend this place.
The service is consistently rapid, good vibes, very nice employees. Will eat here again when I arrive in the area.

Hash brown lukewarm and no napkins. They gave paper towels from employee sink that states EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS.... No napkins at a McDonald's, SMH...
Its McDonald's and its in the airport. What else is there...
It was definitely a very bad service experience, the staff put all the beverages on the table without any explanation. His face is very unhappy, maybe he doesn’t like his job...

Does not even deserve one star worst customer service. Asked for an apple pie and she said they don't sell that. I was still concerned and sent my husband and guess what magic happened and out of nowhere there's apple pies. Plus they act like we should feel sorry for them.. Tring to act.like they don't understand you..
Not a very good experience.
Poor service...cold food...no cards taken...no fanta ...why bother to open ?
Wrong time on google maps beware. They are decidedly closed at 11:30 pm
