It's McDonald's, so I knew what to expect. The line was long, and staff tried their best to process orders as quickly as possible. It can be chaotic for people wanting to get their takeout bags, especially when they need to catch a flight. But this location was enjoyed by TSA staff, flight attendants, and international passengers.

Only Terminal 4 ??? And first go thru customs... If you are at other terminals ...you cannot go there...

Worst dining experience ever. Many people were standing with no tables available to sit. One large area was closed for cleaning — when asked how long it would take, the answer was “the whole night,” which is unacceptable. We were even asked to find public seating outside McDonald’s.

Management: please engage more staff if there is a shortage. Also, please change the oil used to fry the chicken strips — they had a bitter taste.

Missing item in order, Bad attitude , failure at leadership level, going to shakeshack next time.

Filed a complaint with corporate and they dismissed my feedback by giving me some generic response.

It’s usually very crowded, which is understandable given the location. The food quality is consistent with what you expect from McDonald’s. One positive aspect is that the menu uses clear item numbers, which is very helpful for people who are not fluent in English.
The staff can be a bit rough in their customer service, and a more friendly approach would improve the experience. However, the constant crowds likely make it difficult to maintain a high service standard.
Also worth noting: they do accept airline meal vouchers when flights are delayed, which is very convenient for travelers.

No salad on burger and insane waiting time. Staff was friendly tho

Always out of ice latte and others beverages majority of times

The female worker are not nice the black woman that screaming the numbers of the orders very rude and not nice, when I check on the screen I didn’t saw that my order it’s ready after I realize that my order was ready all this time I told her that I think it’s my order and she looked at me in a angry way and she looks straight into me for at least five seconds and in the same time she give me a dirty look like she wanted to fight me or something and I can’t defend myself l’m a minor, she also was rude with my little brother just do me a favor McDonald’s and fired her

No interactive self order screens and looooong ques (Fri 3pm).

Don’t buy from this place. They have a nasty store manger named Wayne. He’s gives his employees dirty looks I witnessed it first hand. I felt so bad for the employee making her cry over a simple mistake. And all of his employees agreed he’s a nasty old man. I hope they fire him before I take him up with corporate! McDonald you better make it happen
