worst mcdonalds ever. I wanna give zero star if I could

Slooooow service, menu seemed limited, and $33 for 2 quarter pounder meals! Glad to be heading back home!

Cheeseburger and chicken tenders were both cold. Quality of food was frankly appalling. McDonalds is meant to be the same standard of food at every restaurant but I have never tasted such a poor quality of food as at this restaurant. tables and condiments area were also very dirty. shocking!

One of the worst McDonald’s. They asked if I was paying cash which I was, then made me stand to the side as everyone else with cards went before me. The chicken tenders were terrible and the fries suck

Worst McDonald’s ever. Staff are incredibly rude, speaking about customers in patois, as if they won’t understand. Apparently they do not take kindly to customers asking the prices of food. Will not return.

Food is what you expect at McDonald's. The service here is horrible. Staff who are rude to customers & then talk about the customers in their face with the colleagues.

Over priced, badly run. The ordering system is chaotic and you don't really feel like a customer. Two staff members were having a full on argument in front of other staff and customers and the manager did nothing about it, they got our (quite simple order) wrong and when I queried it, I just got evil looks like I was taking food out their personal fridge or something. When I showed the the receipt they just threw the missing items in the bag without care in the world with no apology. The sauce station had no napkins, overall a very poor experience.

The staff at this location are so dedicated, kind, caring, and hard-working! I can only imagine working at an airport restaurant is not an easy task, yet they were all so friendly and had a smile on their faces! I spent around 3 hours in this McDonalds and I noticed one worker, Anderson. He came out so much to clean tables, throw away trash, empty trash cans and refill with new bags. He had awesome customer service and I could just tell he puts in so much work into his job!!! Thank you!!

Good for a quick bite after late flight into JFK

Great service, wait time is less than 10 minutes around 8 pm est on a Tuesday. 2 order kiosks were there, customer service was good. Got the order in less than 10 minutes around. There were plenty of tables to sit and eat. I would recommend this place for a quick bite before catching the flight.

I would have given 0 stars if that were an option. It is the worst Md Donald’s experience I’ve had. The people taking the orders are the most curt, rude and miserable appearing. They just don’t care. The fries are stale.

The food is your regular McDonald's fare, but the issue is how it's ordered. No interactive screens to 'self-order', staff don't seem to care about the size of the que and will take orders ( often ignoring your requests and maximising your order for their benefit ! ) in their own time.
The attitude from the staff is appallingly bad. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority either !!
