The woman taking your order is about as friendly as the American customs officers, except she works in the restaurant industry, so she's supposed to be more pleasant and serve customers with a smile. Especially since the menus are quite expensive, she doesn't look you in the eye, makes you repeat yourself several times, and stays on her personal phone, making it clear you're bothering her. A truly disastrous experience.

Ordered a breakfast meal. They tried upcharging me for a coffee even when I didn’t ask for a medium and the meal comes with a coffee. Then I ask why there is 2 tax charges and the African American lady at the register says I don’t know I just cashier as if she didn’t just try to sneak an up charge on me. Don’t support scammers and horrible customer service

The cashier employee's style is inappropriate, he leaves one customer and goes to the other

Food was regular McDonald quality, not great not terrible but hits the spot!
Also probably one of your better options if your flight is in terminal 1.

Service was terrible, the guy was on his phone while I stood there and I had said excuse me to get his attention, while paying he again went back to his phone while I waited with the cash in my hands. He was not rude just very attached to his phone.

Perfectly fine and actually pretty fresh. Stressed & cranky customers hassled the workers constantly but they kept their cool.

This McDonald’s is an absolute disgrace. The customer service is non-existent—the guy at the till looked like he’d rather be anywhere else but there. No smile, no manners, not even basic effort. It’s like he was doing everyone a favor by even showing up to work. Give the guys dome training.

The food? Don’t even get me started. It was garbage. Cold burgers, soggy fries, and everything slapped together like it was assembled by someone blindfolded and in a hurry. There’s zero pride or care put into anything here.

And the waiting time? Unacceptable. How can it take that long to serve something that looks and tastes like it was scraped off the floor? I wouldn’t come back here if they paid me. Avoid this dump at all costs—it’s a total embarrassment to the McDonald’s name.

Missing drink on order waited 5 mins to resolve, food was just warm and was prepared poorly, rude staff and lack of condiments. Really poor value and service.
