Missing drink on order waited 5 mins to resolve, food was just warm and was prepared poorly, rude staff and lack of condiments. Really poor value and service.

Remember this: The food was expensive compared to the non-airport McDonald's but the staff were quick and accommodating and they should for the airport branches. It's best to order through the app and be prepared for a wait to speed up the process for everyone.

We ordered and the girl at the checkout was infinitely kind and for this reason alone I would have given 5 stars. Unfortunately the sandwich and especially the chicken were a little burnt and the prices are higher than other mc's.

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬HORRIBLE. First of all it stinks. Second of all I almost missed my flight because the food took almost 30 minutes.

When you go to McDonald's you don't expect some extra quality or service. I had to spit out much of the food, and ended up tossing most of it. I wish I could give them less than one, because I feel this is the worst McDonald's I have ever seen (and I was in over 50 countries)

Bad food.Just to eat something quick before getting on the plane...

Be sure to check out McFullery! Try it. It's absolutely delicious. If you ask for toppings, they will give it to you, so try it that way^^ The staff is friendly!

The environment here in the USA is not pleasant, without hospitality and poor customer service. The food was tasteless and the menu was too small.

Needing something to eat after an awful overnight stay in JFK we were happy to have McDonald's. At least it's consistent.
