Located on the second floor above the security outpost, it is an expensive airport McDonald's. They don't have everything a normal McDonald's has, however they did honor the 50 cent double cheeseburger deal today. So, got to give them that even though it cost me $3 for an iced tea.

New manager and new workers are extremely rude. Worst customer service. They’re also giving out bad, cold, sitting there for a long time food items! Their attitude is the worst.

Should have gone to Shake Shack but there was a long queue. Selected a QPC double jalapeno burger meal. Neither of the two burgers were cooked, they were both cold and I think I got two jalapeno's on the burger. Terrible. The only saving grace was that the fries were hot.

I'm not exaggerating when I say the staff treat you like sh*t on the floor. I asked them a question about my order and they looked at me, ignored me and carried on what they were doing (not a language barrier and I'm not making this up). 3 drinks took 25 minutes. People had their food bags thrown at them on the counter. The airline Delta staff member order his food and had to leave it because his break was over with. I have never seen people with such bad attitudes. It was horrendous. What are McDonald's doing employing people who are making you feel so uneasy and unwelcomed, you go to McDonald's because you count on the same quality of food and service. I understand service is a hard job and I don't expect a happy and cheerful employee but I do expect to be treat like an actual human. If you treat an animal like that it would be classed as animal cruelty!

On Google and on the app it says that they’re open but when you go there in person they are always closed…. So that begs the question what time do you guys really open fix this issue because it’s confusing ppl

Food was good and service was fast, but my order was totally wrong! My sweet tea was rung in as unsweet tea, and my spicy chicken sandwich was rung in as a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich, and the delivered product was not the spicy chicken, just the regular one.

I have purchased food from numerous McDonalds around the world and this is by far the worse. The service is glacially slow and the staff are disinterested (there are no self service terminals). Despite queuing for 20 minutes and nearing the front of the queue I could bear it no longer and walked away. Luckily I was able to buy better quality (fresh) food nearby without queuing. Unless you are prepared for your travel experience to be indelibly tarnished avoid this outlet and eat elsewhere.
