I went and purchased 5 dollar bundle I specifically asked the lady it was chicken She said yess I was charged $5.44 for my meal she charged me for a large cup She over charged me to begin with I gave her $5.50 and said don’t worry about the change I’m waiting like 20 mins for my order just to come find out all I’m getting was a cup The lady had orange hair And she skinny dark skin she gave me a attitude saying she don’t remember taking my order how she remember kids and she told me get of the location And had security escort me over her mistake there very unprofessional and telling me to pay the difference they robbed me and didn’t want to give me a refund as an establishement they can do better I work at a McDonald’s in Howard beach and if we messed up the order we apologize and make sure the customer meet there needs anyways I won’t be stepping back there ever again

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible atmosphere inside this location. It is very chaotic, and 90% of the time, the orders are done incorrectly. There are signs inside that prohibit smoking, yet many people were smoking AND selling marijuana on the tables despite all of the people inside. There seems to be no type of security or anyone in charge. As far as the food goes, it's your typical fast food and typical McDonald's food.

Good Morning to All , On Friday I was having a bad day but I stop.off at this McDonald's just to get dinner. I told the worker there that am having a bad day and don't know how to put my order in. He said Awww no problem I will do it for you and he was able to make me smile up till I got my order. His presence was very welcoming not only to me but other people he helped. A special Thank You to that workers for bringing my smile back when I didn't have one. 🤗
My friends, staff and I have been to this store and that the staff bought cheeseburger, hamburger, French fries and a soda. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were lots of people there eating, drinking, talking, people ordering the food, and that the store was busy.
