The service was excellent! the food was sub par and the clientele was a human zombie experience. It would be quite the shock for the uninitiated but for a New Yorker it was just another day at Micky D's.
This is the only McDonald's that doesn't give me stomach troubles. I think the other ones don't change and filter their oil regularly or don't have high turnover so they give you old food. The food I get from here always tastes fresh due to the high turnover. Basically lots of people coming and going so new food coming out fresh all the time. But just know that the cops/EMS get called here regularly because there's always some fever dream shit happening lol. It attracts lots of deranged people due to being a McDonald's. People asking you for money, fights in the parking lot, mentally ill people, etc.
Some of the kiosk machines don't even work because once you get to the payment machine you see it's not even turned on. So you have to go to another one. Half of them were out of order or their payment thing wasn't working. Also, the machines never give out receipts. I had a problem with my order but the managers and employees were nice and apologetic. It's a good place to go. They also have a play place. I wish they had more seating options.
