The establishment and bathrooms are very clean. The only issue is that the children's play area is very cold; there's no heating. I've visited it on different days and times, and it's always very cold.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at one of your drive-thru locations. On the morning of October 28th, I visited a McDonald’s (location not frequently visited) and ordered oatmeal with extra apple slices. I was shocked to discover that milk had been added to my oatmeal without my consent. As someone who is mindful of dietary preferences and restrictions, I find it unacceptable that your staff would assume a customer wants milk in their oatmeal without asking. This not only disregards individual preferences but could pose serious health risks for those with dairy allergies or intolerances. When I arrived at my office and opened the container, I was met with a soupy, milk-filled oatmeal — far from what I expected. To make matters worse, I observed staff members standing around talking and laughing, rather than focusing on customer service and order accuracy. I urge McDonald’s to ensure that employees are trained to ask customers about their preferences, especially when it comes to ingredients like dairy. A simple question could prevent a negative experience — or even a potential lawsuit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that corrective action is implemented at this location.

This McDonald’s isn’t 24hours I came during the early morning 2 times and they denied me and only said it was for online orders or drive through if that’s the case make that clear don’t lie to your customers!! Especially when people are coming home late nights or early mornings and want a quick bite by the F train
