This place has no customer service, why do they ask for your table number if they don't deliver the food, I waited for like 30mins for 1 order. And had to ask for my food, and it was cold... worst customer service

Yesterday I stopped by with my friends and their kids. We were looking forward to a nice evening but I don’t think we’re coming here again. The service is awful. I only ordered a drink because I was full and they took over 17 mins just to make it and it was because I approached them and asked if my order was ready. Mind you my friends ordered after me and they all got their orders but me. They don’t give you sauces nor have any napkins outside. You gotta ask them for everything and when you ask, you feel like you’re bothering someone. The nuggets looked pretty dry and old, the fries were cold. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a mcd and I love mcd

I walked in, looking forward to sharing a delicious caramel frappe with my beautiful wife, a simple pleasure to brighten our day. Instead, I found myself waiting over 20 minutes for just two frappes, with not a single staff member bothering to check on the customers. I placed an online order and when i got there after receiving a message that it was done staff had no idea about my order but my number was on the screen saying it was ready. I had to let them know my full order and wait almost 15 mins which fully got rid of the whole ordering it to be ready by the time i got there. Then when i placed my breakfast order i got home just to notice one of my orders was missing so i went back and was told sorry but breakfast was over so they could no longer give me that order. i had to get something from the lunch menu, meanwhile i had made my order for the breakfast 45 mins before breakfast was over. Don’t get me wrong the staff is very polite and theres nothing bad to say about the workers but this location is overwhelmed with orders and just isn’t fair to the workers when there are over 20 ppl waiting for there food and another 10 on line waiting to get there order taken because the person on the register has to go back and help with the orders already placed.

The sweet tea here is very good. The food is always good, but if don't use the drive thru here, they'll make you wait for 20 minutes almost EVERY TIME. Even when I order ahead, I still find myself in the dining room area waiting to be served 15 to 20 minutes after MY ARRIVAL. It's a little ridiculous that this is the story every single time I visit this place. I won't be visiting anymore in the future
Update: i was asked to come to this dreadful place again, but at night time. The night service in the dining room is despicable. They have a new process to protect the workers from the undesirables;but the workers at night are total jerks to the customers. They made me wait until my food was cold to serve me WITH NO LINE OR ACTIVE DISTRACTIONS. This is pure ridiculous and none of us can get a refund for our cold food. Poor show

ORDERED my food for mobile pickup, I clicked I’m already there before I’m even there. GAVE YALL at least 20 minutes to have it ready. I came got it and left, guess what… I’m missing items from my bag. Ik I should’ve checked… but come on man…
I've noticed from this Mcd’s on Sutphin Blvd. that the day crew seems to care more than the night crew. Night crew I can find no napkins, straws even the center bun of my big mac oh and three times I've had burnt filet o fish. You order during the day and I have no complaints. Big macs are perfect, fries golden brown and fish is also perfectly cooked. So to the day crew thanks for the quality of service and the night crew you need to be dismissed.

The manager is very unprofessional and telling people that the bathroom is out of order to customers. When the bathroom was not out of order, they need to retrain her and teach you some professionalism.
