Absolutely useless drive-thru. Don’t waste your time. You’ll sit there for 30+ minutes and no one will even bother to take your order. They straight up ignore the speaker and force everyone to pull up to the pickup window—where you’re supposed to get your food, not place your order. What kind of drive-thru doesn’t take orders? Total joke. Complete chaos. Whoever’s managing this place clearly doesn’t care. Avoid this location at all costs.

Came through drive thru and its outrageous how they act and i came with kids which makes everything even worst because they didnt even help at the screen and i had to go without them taking my order and had to wait for 20 minutes before ordering at the last minute.

Esha, you are wonderful! Sorry if I spelled your name wrong but under a lot of pressure and a lot of people complaining she did amazing! I needed help with something and I was trying to be patient and she approached me to ask me if I needed assistance which she helped and got my order to me quickly. She definitely shows amazing leadership

Very rude lady, too much aggressive with customer. She should not deserve to work there.
I’ve had multiple deliveries from this location where hot drinks came without lids or proper covers, causing spills and ruining the entire order. This is not just careless — it’s dangerous and disrespectful to both drivers and customers.
As a delivery driver, I cannot open sealed bags to fix or check packaging, so this problem unfairly affects ratings and refunds. McDonald’s needs to seriously improve their packaging standards immediately.
Until then, I recommend customers and drivers alike be cautious ordering from here.

This McDonald's is sending more people to the Wendy's across the street than the Wendy's corporation. 12 minutes, and was not able to speak to a person at the Drive-Thru speaker, so I drove away made the order at different McDonald’s as shown by the images in this review.
