Food is cold before you leave often. It's generally crowded and customer service is poor. There's hardly a welcome or greeting. This location is generally isn't fast so expect up too a 15 min delay. They don't change the oil so your fries even if remade come out extra crispy overcooked and bland

Your attitude means everything in a public service. No one here said goodmorning especially the black lady manager that's fluent in Spanish , she handed me my soggy fries, no thanks , no greeting . She was dressed In all black too like seriously. How did you get this job ? If the employee act up and you're the face of that location. Do not bring your personal issues to a workplace you absolutely turned off my appetite with your lack of manners and angered face. Go to training and don't let innocent customers see your face and attitude like that . We don't deserve that .

Placed an Uber eats order, as always customer service is awful. They forgot to put the hamburger inside the happy meal along with the sauces I purchased. When our food arrived I had to get in my car and drive to McDonald's so I can get what I paid for. You guys have one job and that is to read oh and also pay attention.
