Is there no authority in this place? Are the employees forced to work? Are they deliberately rounding up all these employees who hate customers? Isn't there an inspection or authority? It takes 1 hour to order in a huge place, and the disgusting working system. Today's employees definitely do not deserve the money they get paid.

McDonald's should be ashamed of itself to allow this level of slow service (we're talking 30 minutes to an hour) and unfriendly service. It's the worst, most depressing, store I've seen, no exaggeration. Absolutely no idea how any higher up management allows this, they should be ashamed, and the store should have a deep personnel change.

Was in a hurry, and I didn't check my change, and the cashier gave me five dollars short. In hindsight, I should have checked my change, but unfortunately, I didn't, so I'm partly to be blamed, but I realize now that the next time, I need to check because I can't trust in them.

Went there for lunch today and the food was nasty. The French fries was grease and my double cheeseburger was cold. When I ask the staff person to plz fix it she had a nasty attitude and being rude in front of her manager. And the manager didn’t do nothing about it.
