I've been coming here for about 4 years and im always satisfied. Annie is my favorite cashier from here. She's always friendly and my toddlers love her. The lady manager who everyone claims is rude has always been polite to me and when she's there I always get my food quickly. If you're rude to her (which I've seen customers yell at her) she will give you the same energy.
There was a Guyanese manger lady was so damn rude wen I asked if there was a code to use tha bathroom because I had to pee so bad and i had time to waste since I came earlier for my client ...
Another time I came and there was a guy manger he was super cool and helpful and very kind that's how u make ppl feel welcomed.

This place is average. Part of the problem is that there are many days when people stand outside, or inside, panhandling. It has gotten better but definitely needs more work to make customers and staff safer.
Parking: There is a large parking lot but it is a very busy plaza. You might have to wait a minute for parking but usually you will find something within a minute.
