What happened to mister softee? I came back to my childhood neighborhood and mister softee came around. Super excited, I got a chocolate shake. It was chocolate milk. 8$ for chocolate milk? It was a let down. Sad to see mister softee is cheaping out on ice cream and charging a ridiculous price. Glad I moved out of NY, seems like nothing here is good anymore.

It really depends as per franchisee. Some franchisee’s intentionally put more air into the mix (less mix used, money saved) but when the mix turns into soft serve it is airy and tasteless. Others care about the customer satisfaction and really put care into a cone.
