The customer service was HORRIBLE. I asked for a slice and the man didn’t say anything just took the money and went back to work. After some time I thought maybe he forgot because he didn’t say anything at all and it was my first time going there alone so i asked SO KINDLY ‘hi how long is it gonna take’ and the guy stares at me and in the rudest tone goes ‘2 hours’ and i j look at him so confused and he goes ‘obviously if you ordered you’re going to have to wait’ in the rudest way possible. Not to mention i was in a rush already. I would never recommend going to a place with horrible customer service.

I went to this restaurant to buy 2 slices of pizza, one plain and one pepperoni. After waiting five minutes the guy behind this counter said it was ready,I paid, I opened the box to see one plain and one vegetable, I quickly told the guy the order was wrong and he told me he could swap it out of if i paid one dollar more, I did. Before leaving the store I checked again to see if the order was right and again it was wrong, this time, one pepperoni and one vegetable,this man must be trying to get rid of the vegetable pizza because it's the only thing he is hearing. I speak English perfectly, I don't understand how you can get the order wrong so many times! Nothing feels worse than paying for something you don't want , safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Placed order at 7:56 on Slice app was advised 8:41 latest time for delivery 9:26 no pizza and restaurant is closed. I live literally 5 minutes away I will never order from here and will be requesting full refund

This was my first time ordering pizza from here. I must say this is by far the best pizza in the neighborhood. The pizza was baked perfectly and it was delivered hot. Under 25 min delivery time!!!
