They serve some good sandwiches. I usually get beef bacon egg and cheese. I can say they make it better than most stores. Smoothies pretty good. Only thing that’s upsetting is that don’t really answer the phone like that anymore. Old management did better but I still like the store.

The people are really nice and quick. My smoothie tasted like armpits. Idk what it was about it. I ordered a smoothie with the same ingredients at another place and it didn't taste like armpits. Idk if it's the ingredients or the amount of each ingredient. I've seen similar comments but was sure that my combination was set. If they work on this, they will be great. Again, the staff was really nice.

For the record this place has never been that good in the first place, but its up the street from my job.. it's gotten even worse now. 1 week I went in the store at 4pm and he told me the Grill was closed. I returned a couple weeks later at 10am and despite the menu that's plastered on the screen he informs that they are only doing cold sandwiches. I won't be returning even if it is in a convenient location

Best sweet and sour King Green drink in all of nyc. Amazing balance that's smooth, crisp, and refreshing without being too sweet. She knows what she is doing.

I thought I'd get a grilled chicken salad today and included fresh spinach with regular chopped veggies from their veggie selection. I asked the cook to the mix the salad with the vinegrette dressing and place the chicken on top. When it was time to pick up my order there was NO chicken to be found. I asked why my salad looked different from my order and the cook said that "he chopped and mixed the chicken together." I told the Manger that wasn't what I ordered and he immediately caught and attitude, and was rude and disrespectful.The manager who was behind the counter then yelled to the cook "don't ever make her a salad". When I requested a refund the Manager didn't want to return my money.Who needs satisfied customers now!!!! Thank God for the knowledge of fasting. Reminds me to make self a priority and practice the importance of preparing our own meals with family and youth. If you're in the area pick up a menu /recipe guide.Make your own.

I came here specifically for the smoothies. I have only tried the Incredible Hulk (x3) and it is outstanding. It has peanut butter, chocolate, banana, and whey protein (if I’m not mistaken). I love the fact that there is a perfect balance between the chocolate, the peanut butter, and the banana. In other places, the banana is too overpowering, but this spot has the perfect balance. Next time I’ll order at least two other flavors too to try them, plus my regular Incredible Hulk smoothies (at least x2). It’s a 25-min drive from my home one-way, but it is so worth it. Undoubtedly 5/5 stars for the smoothie.
