They need major improvements in their food. Beef stew not it. Rice and the oily sweet plantain not it.

Went through drive thru to place order. I asked person to please hold while I got my order together. I then proceeded to place order it was total silence, I was under impression I wasn't heard, until person recited part of my order. I drove to window and paid for my order. Got food and said thank you. I thought The person that gave me my order then told me to pull up to check my order..I thought to myself I must have misunderstood him..then he said it again just as I was about to open my bags at window.. I thought that was rude.. why would I leave drive thru to check order. The reason for drive thru is convenience ... There's a lot of reasons businesses don't reach their full potential.. in the end my order was still wrong.. I guess you get what you pay for! Lesson learned.. never again
