I went to the store’s location to pick up my food and they were so disorganized that I was missing half of the items that I ordered. When I brought this attention to the employee at the cash register they apologized, but then proceeded to hand me order after 15-30 additional minutes on top of the 60 minutes I waited initially. I got the house friend rice and it barely had shrimp and the egg rolls were over cooked (despite being more expensive than egg rolls I can get in Manhattan.

Two occasions i ordered from this restaurant and both times i had a horrible experience. The first time the delivery driver asked if I wasn’t going to give him a cash tip i responded by saying i do not give tips until i have received my food and i access the delivery experience as well as the professionalism of the driver. Due to him being rude before I could take the food from him I did not give a tip. The second time I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER BECAUSE IT WAS HANDED TI THE WRONG PERSON THEY DID NOT CONFIRM THE NAME AND ORDER WITH THE PERSON THEY HANDED IT TO.. terrible

Amazing food and amazing service no questions asked the lady behind the counter great service and very nice.
This restaurant is highly unfit to order from. I called to place an order for delivery and 20 minutes later, the woman called back and berated me for ordering only one order of chicken wings and steamed rice. Very money hungry just for small portions. You can do better than them. Please work on customer service and politeness, as a customer we need to think twice about ordering from people who get easily irritated, it’s unwise.

OMGoodness!! Try the Cantonese style beef soup!! You will fall in love!! It is hearty , flavorful and straightforward delicious!! You will need a cigarette afterwards! Hope I didn’t offend anyone!!

Didn't even notice the place. We always order here on doordash and the food is amazing. We went in person and got home and found half chicken instead of chicken wings like wth and it was dried out. The fried rice tasted reheated like wth is this! Wouldn't give to my dog!
