I was looking for something to eat on Christmas Day and they were open. Won’t lie I have passed them several time never went in but now I will . So what I got was the pupusa of cheese & frijoles ?✨perfect . They are mad fresh?taste good and the price ?with $20 you are for sure gonna eat well . Well in my case since I bought only puposas & coffee. Nice spot .Vegetarian options: Well I consider it “ vegetarian” since it has no meat but not like a strict vegetarian spot .

A great Spanish restaurant, but there's just like 2 people here that can speak English! I was a bit shocked since they live in America, where English is spoken everywhere!About the food: It tasted great! Also I've never heard about "Chayote" before

The owners was so kind and greeted us quickly and offered such amiable service. Have to try the pupusas here. We tried both corn and rice and corn is definitely more traditional and preferable to my taste but great to try the rice as well. We were given an horchata on this hot day which was perfect and refreshing while creamy.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Nuria's Restaurant, and I feel compelled to share my review to warn others about the poor service they provide. From start to finish, my visit was marred by numerous issues that left me frustrated and dissatisfied.First and foremost, the staff at this Restaurant displayed a complete lack of professionalism, The quality of service was equally abysmal. My order was inaccurately prepared, with several items missing and others completely wrong. When I brought this to the attention of the server, they appeared annoyed and made no effort to rectify the situation promptly. Furthermore, the food that did arrive was cold and clearly had been sitting for a considerable period before being served. To make matters worse, when I attempted to express my concerns,They did not take my complaints seriously and simply brushed them off. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for the patrons of the restaurant. In conclusion, my experience at Nuria's Restaurant was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The combination of unprofessional staff, poor service, subpar food quality, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere left me utterly disappointed. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment if you value quality service and an enjoyable dining experience.

Good food. But they don't tell you ahead of time that it's cash only. Yikes! No signs, no note on the menu, nothing. Ah well - the food is good, it's a clean place, service is a bit slow but not bad (and nearly zero communication in English). Just point to what you want on the menu (if you don't speak Spanish - the dozen words I know weren't helpful). Fried tacos (taquitos) were good. Absolutely smothered with salad, sour cream, and cheese. Good stuff. Fried tamales were good too - served with a cup of mayonnaise (I think) and a slab of cheese. The only downside was there was no filling - just a slab of deep fried masa (reminded me of a sweet hot water cornbread). Good and tasty. I just wasn't expecting it to have no filling. The tostones were excellent. Perfectly fried, golden brown and crispy. Yum!

Pupusas were great. But ordering was so hard. Everyone was seating themselves, grabbing their own menu. Nobody was taking orders. Eventually I gave up and went to the counter to order to go. Unfortunately the person didn't speak a single word of English. Not even the word "to go". Was an absolute nightmare trying to order. She asked me for my name. I literally told her and she kept asking again as if the name Raymond does not exist. Food was great but the hassle just isn't worth coming back.

Passing by this restaurant quite often as I walked by this area. Let me try something different today!! What a surprise to see their unique decor, specially looking at their menu and being greeted by the Owner Nuria, that guide me to select their special Desayuno Típico Salvadoreño.Their coffee is delicious, it’s served with their unique own colorful design with her name & logo. My breakfast brought by the Owner, in which I was delighted so I could have a moment to congratulate & complement her for having such a unique beautiful restaurant. Breakfast was delicious first time ever that I had such big breakfast. I personally highly recommended!! Nuria’s RestaurantAuthentic Central America Food.

Reliable and consistent food. Flavorful and great portions. Doesn't accept cards but ATM in foyer. May or may not work. Lol! Only complaint is how long the food takes but honestly it's because it's truly made to order. So just give yourself some time.

Closest to a Peruvian tamale and for the price, one or the best in queens.
