OB's Bakery and Restaurant

A carry out place offering traditional West Indian favorites. We had beef patties, curry goat, salmon dinner, curry shrimp and cake. All cooked to perfection, not salty, oily or dry. Portion large sizes serve two people. Mini for kids. Staff is young please exercise patience.

Got my food from @UBER EATS when I opened packages and took a bit of my food move to get another bit a piece of hair in my food and they will not refund my order and u can’t talk to a live person. Hard earned money wasted. Never again. Wish I can post the picture this is disturbing on so many levels especially since u was waiting to eat and now u have to try find something else before you have to go to work and stay up all night.

I went to the store just now to purchase a lunch which I throw away because of the behavior of this young lady who has a habit of being unprofessional. I think that when you're serving the public you should not parade your party preference in order to disrespect the customer. My money will never contribute to her salary again, never.

Love, luv the food!! Reasonable prices, great service. Bakery treats, just as good as the cooked food 😋 and the patties are 💣🔥, especially the Salmon and Oxtail patties. 😋😋😋

I am very disappointed with my order today. Order was for tray
of escovitched chicken for an afternoon event, can you imagine when order was received it was fried chicken sprinkled with tomato ketchup. This was such a turnoff and disappointment to the group. If the restaurant was unable to fulfill the order, we would appreciate being informed than be deceived in this manner.
We have had several mishaps with order from this institution,but this time the wreck was splattered in our faces and we have decided to discontinue ordering from this restaurant.

The food is okay. In my opinion their baked goods are better. The service is slow and some of the women behind the counter lack professionalism. One time I went to get a cake and the woman behind the counter was on her cell phone and I had to ask for help. She had an attitude. A couple of other times there is one person helping in the bakery AND taking questions and orders over the phone. Another time I ordered cocktail patties for a barbeque. I purposely went there an hour later and guess what? There were not ready. They told me to come back in an hour or get something else. I was driving 3 hours away and replaced the patties with a cake, which was disappointing. I will never have them cater for me. If you go, bring your patience.

Honestly the food can be really good but lately it’s been old . If the chicken is old throw it out. Have some pride and please put the oxtails back on DoorDash thanks

The best bakery in Queens! If your getting food I recommend this location over Green Acres Mall.

The cashier had a bad attitude for no reason!

I have been going to this restaurant for the last 15 years but after today I will no longer go there. They serve me dried up kingfish meal, which I paid 16 dollars and couldn’t even bite it. because it was so dried up. I also had to deal with a man who serve me who act like he didn’t want to work and had a nasty attitude. If you’re gonna get up every morning to go to work please come with a positive attitude when you’re serving people food they just lost a good customer

Jamaicans is rude period so don't get your hopes up when you get. the food is good i always get boneless jerk chicken, catfish or chili shrimp too good but they got big headed lately so they falling off

Today the fried whiting was perfect! They usually put so much salt that I have to binge on my blood pressure meds! Who ever made it today needs a raise!
