OB's Bakery and Restaurant

The food is okay. In my opinion their baked goods are better. The service is slow and some of the women behind the counter lack professionalism. One time I went to get a cake and the woman behind the counter was on her cell phone and I had to ask for help. She had an attitude. A couple of other times there is one person helping in the bakery AND taking questions and orders over the phone. Another time I ordered cocktail patties for a barbeque. I purposely went there an hour later and guess what? There were not ready. They told me to come back in an hour or get something else. I was driving 3 hours away and replaced the patties with a cake, which was disappointing. I will never have them cater for me. If you go, bring your patience.

I called and I just got hung up on. I just wanted to know how much was the food because I wanted a big order.. o well I take my business some where else

Honestly the food can be really good but lately it’s been old . If the chicken is old throw it out. Have some pride and please put the oxtails back on DoorDash thanks

The best bakery in Queens! If your getting food I recommend this location over Green Acres Mall.

The cashier had a bad attitude for no reason!

I have been going to this restaurant for the last 15 years but after today I will no longer go there. They serve me dried up kingfish meal, which I paid 16 dollars and couldn’t even bite it. because it was so dried up. I also had to deal with a man who serve me who act like he didn’t want to work and had a nasty attitude. If you’re gonna get up every morning to go to work please come with a positive attitude when you’re serving people food they just lost a good customer

Jamaicans is rude period so don't get your hopes up when you get. the food is good i always get boneless jerk chicken, catfish or chili shrimp too good but they got big headed lately so they falling off

Today the fried whiting was perfect! They usually put so much salt that I have to binge on my blood pressure meds! Who ever made it today needs a raise!

They're scheduled to open at 7am, it's 715 and the food isn't ready to serve and they're unapologetic about any of it.

You're not the only Caribbean restaurant in queens,
Your nonchalant attitude about preparedness affects the customers work schedule and lunch/ break.
It's a domino affect because we are now late at our jobs.
This is unacceptable! I'm through with yo OB's.

I bought Bun and Cheese, the Bun was dry hence it was old, the cheese old. Why not date your products so you’ll know when to throw it out. That was just a waste of my money ☹️

This is for the bakery areaWent to pick up an order,While waiting the line became longer as who was attending to me went in the back for about 12 minutesHowever the FULL OF PRIDE bright skin lady was at the front checking off cash didn't even raise her head once to acknowledge incoming customers she was so busy counting money that was ALREADY IN didn't CARE one bit about the money NOT YET INPeople started asking for help she still ignores everyoneThree people left, then 2 more came in,SHE Still counting money.My point is go around the back and do your checking off if your time is up but never ignore incoming customers worst there were eight customers in all not been attending toYou want to grab those momentsI wrote this review because this is not the first or the second time I have been there and seen her FULL OF HER SELF ATTITUDE.
